灌州·聚力 | 从“新”出发 赋能成长——青年教师培训活动圆满开展Youth Teacher Training Activity

      为助力青年教师快速成长，夯实教师队伍建设根基，3月11日，我校开展以“从‘新’出发 赋能成长”为主题的青年教师培训活动。学校马长俊校长以《教师自我修炼漫谈》为题，结合自身教育教学成长历程与实践经验，为青年教师带来了一场干货满满、生动深刻的专题讲座，为青年教师的专业发展指明方向、注入动力。

      To boost the rapid growth of young teachers and consolidate the foundation of teaching team development, our school held a youth teacher training activity themed Set Out Anew, Empower Growth on March 11.

      讲座伊始，马校长以自身的成长简史为切入点，用清晰的职业发展脉络和丰富的人生阅历，让青年教师真切感受到一名优秀教育工作者的成长路径与坚守初心。马校长强调，教师的成长从来不是一蹴而就，而是在持续学习、不断实践、反复反思中沉淀积累，这为青年教师树立了可学、可追的榜样。随后，马校长围绕认知管理、人际管理、教学管理三大核心维度，结合教育教学实际，为青年教师拆解工作中的具体方法与实操路径。

      At the opening of the lecture, Principal Ma took his personal growth history as the entry point. Afterwards, focusing on the three core dimensions of cognitive management, interpersonal management and teaching management, Principal Ma broke down practical working methods and actionable implementation paths for young teachers in light of the real-world education and teaching scenarios.

      整场讲座，马校长用朴实的语言、鲜活的案例、深刻的教育思考，将自身的教育经验与育人智慧倾囊相授，既有理论高度，又有实践温度。青年教师们认真聆听、仔细记录，在交流与思考中深受启发、倍感振奋。

      Throughout the lecture, Principal Ma shared his full educational experience and teaching wisdom through plain language, vivid cases and profound educational insights, striking a perfect balance between theoretical depth and practical relevance.

      此次青年教师培训活动，是灌州小学校重视教师队伍建设、助力青年教师成长的重要举措。未来，学校将持续搭建多元化的教师成长平台，为青年教师提供更多学习、交流、实践的机会，推动青年教师快速成长为学校教育教学的中坚力量，以优质师资培育时代新人，让教育之花在灌州校园绚丽绽放。
