灌州·教研｜我校语文教研组开展新学期教学计划解读暨命题研讨活动 Interpretation of Teaching Plan of Chinese

      和着春天的脚步，带着新春的希冀，再次踏上新征程。为深化课堂教学改革，精准对接《义务教育课程方案和课程标准（2025年版）》精神，推动教学评一体化实践，2月27日上午，我校语文大组召开了新学期教学计划解读会议，本次会议旨在通过系统规划、命题测试与深度研讨，引导教师从“教语文”转向“用语文”，从经验判断转向数据实证，全面提升课堂教学质量与命题设计能力，真正实现以研促教、以行育人。

      The purpose of this conference is to guide teachers from "teaching Chinese" to "using Chinese" and from empirical judgment to data verification through systematic planning, proposition testing, and in-depth discussions, comprehensively improving the quality of classroom teaching and proposition design ability, and truly achieving the goal of promoting teaching through research and educating through action.

01 教学新程，蓝图共绘

      活动伊始，语文学科大组长王君作新学期工作的系统规划，明确了本次会议围绕“规范启新—深耕课堂—提质增效”的主题有序推进。其核心目的是搭建教师专业成长平台，通过“以赛促研、以研促教”的模式，打破传统教研壁垒，推动教师从“搬运”教参结论转向对学科教材进行自我解构与创造性运用。

      Through the model of "competition promotes research and research promotes teaching", traditional barriers to teaching and research are broken down, and teachers are encouraged to shift from "carrying" teaching reference conclusions to self deconstructing and creatively applying subject materials.

02 发展前行，提质增效

      本次会议特别设计了“学科命题设计测试”环节，要求教师在30分钟内完成指定命题，随后进行10分钟小组讨论与5分钟代表交流，将理论学习迅速转化为实践操作与思维碰撞，体现了学校构建“学有标准、术有路径”的学术发展体系的决心。

      This conference specially designed a "Subject Proposition Design Test" section, requiring teachers to complete designated propositions within 30 minutes, followed by a 10 minute group discussion and a 5-minute representative exchange, quickly transforming theoretical learning into practical operation and thinking collision, reflecting the school's determination to build an academic development system of "learning with standards and techniques with paths".

      会议最后，任红主任以“语文学习目的”“2025版课标理念”“语文核心素养”三个问题引导教师深入反思，强调教学应回归育人本质，以命题改革牵引课堂提质，真正实现从“知识传授”到“素养培育”的转变。

      This meeting has gathered consensus and clarified the path, laying the foundation for the high-quality development of Chinese language teaching in the new semester. The school will continue to promote the deep integration of teaching research and classroom practice, inspire teachers to deeply cultivate teaching, innovate and educate students, and jointly draw a new chapter in student growth and subject development.
