灌州·教研｜我校数学教研组开展新学期开学大组培训活动 Mathematics Group Centralized Training

      2026年2月27日 我校数学组顺利举行了新学期开学培训。本次培训内容丰富，重点突出，为新学期的教学工作奠定了坚实基础。

聚焦计划解读，明确教学方向

      郑爽老师和叶轩君老师分别对《本学期数学教学工作计划》进行了详细解读。两位老师从教学目标、重点难点、活动安排及评价方式等方面展开说明，帮助全体数学教师理清了工作思路。随后，与会教师围绕计划内容展开了热烈讨论，大家结合班级实际，就如何落实教学常规、提升课堂效率提出了宝贵建议，进一步统一了思想，凝聚了共识。

      Two teachers explained from the aspects of teaching objectives, key and difficult points, activity arrangements, and evaluation methods, helping all mathematics teachers clarify their work ideas.

深耕教材培训，夯实教学基础

      在教材培训环节，全体数学教师分年级组对新学期教材进行了系统学习和研讨。通过对教材编写意图、知识结构及各单元教学建议的深入剖析，教师们对教学内容有了更精准地把握。培训过程中，大家积极交流教学经验，探讨教学方法，力求在新学期更好地引导学生建构知识体系，发展数学核心素养。

      During the training process, everyone actively exchanged teaching experience, explored teaching methods, and strived to better guide students in constructing knowledge systems and developing core mathematical literacy in the new semester.
