灌州·教研｜我校英语教研组开展新学期开学大组培训活动Spring Semester Opening Training

      为明确新学期英语教学工作方向，夯实教师专业素养，筑牢课堂教学根基，在2025-2026学年春季开学前夕，我校英语教研组组织开展学科大组培训活动，全体英语教师共研教学方略，共话成长之路。

      On the eve of the spring semester of the 2025–2026 academic year, the English Teaching & Research Group of our school organized a full-group training session. All English teachers gathered to discuss teaching strategies and explore paths for professional growth.

      本次培训以新学期英语学科大组工作计划为核心，从五大维度展开系统解读与深度研讨。以新课标（2025修订版）学习为重点，围绕大单元教学、跨学科主题学习、AI融合教学、PBL项目式学习等主题开展常态化教研，凝聚教研共识，为新学期教学工作锚定方向。

      Centered on the overall work plan for the English subject in the new semester, the training provided systematic interpretation and in-depth discussion across five key dimensions. 

      在教师专业素养提升板块，培训聚焦师德、师能、师艺三大核心，直面教师在专业素养认知、水平提升、理论钻研等方面存在的问题，强调英语教师不仅要夯实自身英语基本功，更要树立“生活即教育”的理念，深刻理解英语课程特点，通过持续学习钻研，让育人之路行稳致远。

      In the professional development section, the training focused on three core areas: ethics, competence, and instructional art.

      此次培训既有教学工作的整体规划，又有具体实施的方法指引，更有对教师专业成长的殷切期望。全体英语教师纷纷表示，将以此次培训为契机，把所学所悟融入新学期教学实践，磨教研、钻教法、研学情，贴学生、优课堂、提效率，以深耕不辍的态度、俯身前行的行动，让英语教学既有深度，又有温度，凝心聚力推动学校英语学科教学质量再上新台阶。

      This training offered not only an overall plan for teaching but also practical guidance for implementation and sincere expectations for teachers’ professional growth.
