
为深化新课标理念落地,夯实教学根基,提升教师教材解读与教学设计能力,灌州小学语文组于寒假期间组织全体教师开展专项培训活动。本次培训聚焦“课标研读、教材分析、备课设计”三大核心环节,以务实高效的形式为新学期教学工作筑牢基础。
This training focuses on three core aspects, laying a solid foundation for the teaching work in the new semester in a pragmatic and efficient manner.
01 分组研读,筑牢教学根基
培训伊始,全体语文教师按教研组划分研讨小组,围绕小学语文新课标核心素养要求,结合年级下册各学段教材、教参等展开深度研读。老师们聚焦单元要素、课文重难点、教学目标设定等关键内容,通过圈点批注、交流探讨、问题梳理等方式,精准把握课标与教材的内在联系,明确各学段教学的衔接要点,为后续教学实施积累了扎实的理论与实践依据。
All Chinese teachers have been divided into discussion groups based on their teaching and research groups, laying a solid theoretical and practical foundation for subsequent teaching implementation.
   
02 汇报交流,碰撞思维火花
在学术厅集中汇报环节,随机抽取了老师进行分享研读成果。汇报教师结合单元整体,从课标落实路径、教材内容解读、教学方法设想等方面展开详细阐述,展现了扎实的教研功底。其他教师认真倾听,在思想碰撞中进一步深化了对教材的理解,凝聚了教学共识。

03 聚力设计,备战新学期教学 在完成教材深度解读后,全体教师集中前往美术室,开展集体备课与作业设计工作。老师们以教研组为单位,围绕新学期教学内容,细化教学流程、设计课堂活动、优化教学方法;同时紧扣新课标“双减”要求,结合学生认知特点,设计分层、多样的作业内容,兼顾基础性、实践性与趣味性。大家分工协作、互帮互助,形成了一批高质量的教学设计与作业方案,为新学期顺利开展教学工作做好了充分准备。
