      组织全体英语教师潜心研学，聚焦新课标、教材及教参核心要点，学深悟透、夯实教学根基，为后续工作筑牢基础。

      Organized dedicated study sessions for all English teachers, concentrating on the key points of the new curriculum standards, textbooks, and teaching references.

验收成效，学以致用

      展学习成果验收工作，精准检验教师研学成效，确保每位教师吃透学习内容、落实学习要求，做到学以致用。

      Conducted a review of learning achievements to accurately assess the effectiveness of teachers’ study and ensure every teacher masters the content and meets the learning requirements, truly applying knowledge into practice.
