灌州·心育 |寒假亲子共育 心理专家来支招Parent-child co-parenting

      为凝聚家校育人合力、传递科学教育理念，我校于2026年1月30日上午召开了期末家长会。期间，各班家长围坐一堂，共同收看《寒假黄金期：构建和谐亲子关系的智慧与实践》专题讲座视频，以实际行动诠释对孩子成长的关注。

      In order to unite the joint efforts of home and school education and convey the concept of scientific education, our school held a final parent-teacher meeting on the morning of January 30, 2026.

      视频中商雪梅老师围绕寒假构建和谐亲子关系展开分享，讲解了重塑关系的黄金期、构建原则及小学段孩子引导方法。

      In the video, Teacher Shang Xuemei shared the construction of a harmonious parent-child relationship during the winter vacation, explaining the golden period of reshaping the relationship, the principles of construction, and the guidance methods for children in primary school.

      （1）重塑亲子关系的黄金期：寒假，作为修复或巩固关系的良好契机，特别适合与孩子深入交流。

      （2）构建亲子关系的原则：①关系大于教育：先处理情绪，捋顺关系，沟通才有可能。②陪伴式参与：与孩子共同约定作息，并肩参与活动，避免命令式看管。③尊重自主激发自觉：让孩子主导寒假作业和计划，家长提建议不替代。

      （3）小学段孩子特点及引导：①身心特点：安全感建立与习惯养成阶段，神经系统未完善，情绪直接，专注力有限，处于依赖与独立并存状态。②习惯培养：提供稳定陪伴框架，利用可视化工具，如惯例表，帮助孩子形成行为闭环，适应社会规则。③应对作息紊乱：用游戏化、可视化方式引导，避免指责，给予孩子选择权利。④应对拖延：先共情5分钟稳定孩子情绪，陪孩子思考，不直接给答案，完成后及时肯定。⑤应对沉迷电子产品：用可视化方式计时，时间到温柔坚定停下，转移孩子注意力。

      此次活动不仅是知识的传递，更拉近了家校距离、凝聚了教育共识。我校将持续搭建家校共育平台，提供优质教育资源，期待与家长携手同行，用科学方法守护孩子健康成长，共绘育人新蓝图！
