灌州·教研 |深耕细研促成长 凝心聚力谱新篇——综合学科组期末教研Comprehensive group teaching and research

      为深入落实“五育并举”育人方针，扎实推进下学期教学工作的有序开展，近日，在学校领导的统筹安排带领下，我校综合学科组开展了以“聚焦下册教学设计，赋能学生全面发展”为主题的期末分组教研活动。

      The comprehensive subject group of our school carried out the final group teaching and research activities with the theme of “focusing on the teaching design of the second volume and empowering students' all-round development”.

      一、分组研讨，精准聚焦

      各学科组在学校的整体部署下，围绕学科特点与学生发展需求，分别开展了深入而富有实效的教研讨论：

      Under the overall deployment of the school, each subject group has carried out in-depth and effective teaching and research discussions around the characteristics of the discipline and the development needs of students:

      围绕“健康第一，全面发展”的理念，针对下册教学内容，注重课堂的趣味性与安全性，旨在促进学生体质提升与团队协作精神。

      Sports group: Strengthen the body and cultivate sportsmanship

      音乐组以新课标要求为主线，融入AI教学，赋能音乐课堂教学，强调通过多样化活动激发学生音乐兴趣，着重培养学生的艺术表现力。

      Music group: Moisten the heart with music and create a literacy-oriented classroom

      美术组

      聚焦“创意表达与人文情怀”，深入分析了下册教材中的绘画、手工及欣赏模块，探讨如何通过多元化媒材与主题创作，提升学生审美能力与文化认同感。

      Art group: educate people with beauty and stimulate creative expression

      小综合组

      重点探讨了跨学科主题学习的教学设计，力求在活动中整合知识，培养学生综合应用能力与解决实际问题的思维。

      以“探究实践与科学思维”为核心，对下册实验教学、项目式学习活动进行了系统设计，强调联系生活实际，引导学生主动探索，培养科学素养与创新意识。

      信息科技组围绕下册编程基础、数字工具应用等内容，针对“实践能力培养与安全用网教育”展开研讨。

      二、智慧碰撞，共研共进

      研讨过程中，结合教学实践，对下册教学的重难点、教学资源的优化利用、评价方式的创新等展开了热烈讨论。分管领导向荣丽主任全程参与指导，并提出以下建议：

      During the discussion, combined with teaching practice, a heated discussion was held on the important and difficult points of teaching in the second volume, the optimal utilization of teaching resources, and the innovation of evaluation methods.

      1. 坚持以学生为中心，教学设计需贴合学情，注重个体差异；

      2. 强化课标与教材解读，确保教学目标清晰、内容结构化；

      3. 注重学科融合与生活联系，增强学习的趣味性与实用性；

      4. 探索多元化评价机制，关注过程性评价，促进学生持续发展。

      三、蓄力启航

      此次期末教研活动是一次扎实有效的教学预演，体现了灌州小学教师团队严谨务实、开拓创新的精神风貌。未来，综合学科组将继续在学校的引领下，深耕课堂，以研促教，为培养德智体美劳全面发展的新时代学子而不懈努力！
