灌州·家校社 | 家校联手“探”食堂，把好舌尖安全关Canteen safety

      近日，我校膳食家委会成员在校级家委会主任的带领下，再次走进校园食堂，开启食品安全“零距离”监督。

      Recently, under the leadership of the director of the school-level parent committee, the members of the school's meal family committee once again walked into the campus canteen to start the "zero-distance" supervision of food safety.

      从新鲜食材的储存保鲜，到餐具厨具的高温消毒；从操作间的整洁规范，到工作人员的着装细节，家委们看得仔细、问得认真，不放过任何一个小角落。实地探访后，大家对学校食堂的精细化管理竖起大拇指，连连为严谨的食安举措点赞！

      After the field visit, everyone gave a thumbs up to the refined management of the school canteen and praised the rigorous food safety measures!
