灌州·心育 | 以爱为炬暖冬日 导师护航伴成长——我校一月全员导师工作纪实Student tutor work

      一月冬寒渐浓，校园暖意不减。我校坚持秉持“学生人人有导师、教师人人是导师”理念，紧扣期末关键节点，扎实推进全员导师制，以陪伴与引领为学子成长赋能。

      Our school adheres to the concept of “every student has a mentor, and every teacher is a mentor”, closely follows the key nodes at the end of the semester, and solidly promotes the full mentor system.

      教室里，师生围坐畅谈，导师为学业困惑答疑点拨、梳理思路；操场上，并肩奔跑欢笑，暖心鼓励为学子注入活力；花园中，漫步闲谈间，倾听引导的温情浸润心田。导师们精准呵护每一位学生，鼓励内向者勇敢表达，为学困生定制提升计划，为焦虑学子疏导情绪，助力大家如寒冬幼苗向阳生长。

      The tutors accurately care for every student, encourage introverts to express themselves bravely, customize improvement plans for students with learning difficulties, relieve emotions for anxious students, and help everyone grow like seedlings in the cold winter.

      一月既是期末收尾，亦是假期序曲与成长新起点。导师们寒假期间也将持续对接家长，动态掌握学生假期生活与成长状况。我校也将不断优化全员导师制，让温暖与责任跨越学期边界，全程护航学子逐光而行。

      Tutors will also continue to connect with parents during the winter vacation to dynamically grasp the life and growth of students during the holidays. Our school will also continue to optimize the full-staff tutor system, so that warmth and responsibility can cross the boundaries of the semester, and escort students to follow the light throughout the process.
