灌州·均衡 | 赋能民族地区教育，共研校长履职之道——我校承办阿坝州校长任职资格培训活动 Principal Qualification Training

      为落实“民族地区教育发展十年行动计划”，助力阿坝州校长提升履职能力，1月14日，我校成功承办阿坝州校长任职资格培训单日培训活动，63位参训校长齐聚校园，共探教育管理新路径。

      To implement the "Ten-Year Action Plan for Supporting Educational Development in Ethnic Regions" and enhance the governance capabilities of principals in Aba Prefecture, Dujiangyan Guanzhou Primary School recently collaborated with Sichuan Ma Changjun Famous Principal Studio to successfully host a one-day training session as part of the Aba Prefecture Principal Qualification Training. 

01 校园探访：直观感受办学特色

      在灌州小学红领巾志愿者引导下，参训校长们参观校园环境、功能场馆与班级文化阵地，直观感受学校“至善向美”的办学理念。

      Guided by the enthusiastic Young Pioneer volunteers of Guanzhou Primary School, participating principals visited the campus environment, functional venues, and class cultural positions on site. 

02 专题分享：破解学校发展难题

      四川省马长俊名校长工作室领衔人、灌州小学党支部书记、校长马长俊，以《高品质学校机制改革与活力提升》为题，结合学校实践，从管理创新、队伍建设、课程优化等维度，分享高品质学校建设经验。

      Ma Changjun, leader of Sichuan Ma Changjun Famous Principal Studio, Party Secretary and Principal of Guanzhou Primary School, delivered a speech themed "Mechanism Reform and Vitality Enhancement of High-Quality Schools". 

03 党建引领：夯实学校发展根基

      灌州小学党支部副书记李书，围绕《抓实党建，助推学校高质量发展》交流，阐述党建与教育教学深度融合的实践策略，凸显党建在学校发展中的核心保障作用。

04 教学管理：赋能师生全面成长

      灌州小学教学副校长李坤，以《规范教学管理，赋能师生成长》为主题，分享教学常规落实、课堂质量提升、教师专业发展等方面的标准化流程与创新举措。

      Li Kun, Vice Principal of Teaching at Guanzhou Primary School and member of Ma Changjun Famous Principal Studio, focused on the theme "Standardizing Teaching Management to Empower Teachers and Students' Growth". 

05 智慧评价：促进学生全面发展

      灌州小学德育副校长叶体平，围绕《构建智慧评价体系，促进学生全面发展》，分享多元化、过程性评价的实践做法，为优化学生评价体系提供参考。

      Ye Tiping, Vice Principal of Moral Education at Guanzhou Primary School and member of Ma Changjun Famous Principal Studio, focused on "Constructing a Smart Evaluation System to Promote Students' All-Round Development".

06 心理健康：守护学生向阳而生

      心理名师白柯带来《共同守护，向阳而生——心理危机的识别与干预》专题分享，详解学生心理危机识别、干预流程与防护机制，为校园心理健康工作提供专业指导。

      Bai Ke, a famous psychology teacher at Guanzhou Primary School, gave a thematic sharing titled "Jointly Guarding, Growing Towards the Sun — Identification and Intervention of Psychological Crises". 

07 德育实践：凝聚育人协同力量

      德育名师艾小红以《让我们一起做孩子成长路上的合伙人》为题，从家校协同、德育活动设计、品格培养等角度，传递“全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人”理念。

      Ai Xiaohong, a famous moral education teacher at Guanzhou Primary School, delivered a speech themed "Let's Be Partners on Children's Growth Journey". 

      此次活动是灌州小学发挥示范辐射作用、助力民族地区教育发展的具体行动，也是学校与马长俊名校长工作室深化合作的生动实践。未来，都江堰市灌州小学将持续秉持开放共享的理念，深耕教育教学实践，积极搭建区域教育交流平台，为推动民族地区教育高质量发展贡献灌州力量！
