
为深入推进幼小衔接工作走深走实,构建幼儿园与小学协同育人的坚实桥梁,12月24日,都江堰市“聚焦双向衔接 赋能协同育人”幼小衔接市级交流活动在我校举办。本次活动由我校与新欣幼儿园联合承办,旨在通过校园间的深度交流与实践分享,凝聚科学衔接共识,探索有效衔接路径,推动区域幼小衔接工作高质量发展。
To further advance the in-depth and solid development of kindergarten-primary school transition work and build a solid bridge for collaborative education between kindergartens and primary schools, the Dujiangyan Municipal-level Exchange Activity themed "Focus on Two-Way Connection, Empower Collaborative Education" was held at our school on December 24th.

教育部幼儿园园长培训中心实践教学指导专家、四川省首批名校长鼎兴工作室领衔人、四川省特级教师、绵阳市花园实验幼儿园园长何云竹,都江堰市中小学教育研究室学前及小学研究室主任张万龙,都江堰市中小学教育研究室学前教研员刘妍、小学语文教研员黄祖辉,以及全市各幼儿园园长、骨干教师代表齐聚一堂,共同参与此次交流研讨活动。
Representatives of principals and backbone teachers from kindergartens across the city gathered to participate in this exchange and discussion activity.

课堂展示
在课堂展示环节,我校周凌波老师带来了一堂生动鲜活的小学语文示范课《小小的船》。课堂设计充分契合低年级学生的认知特点,以趣味化的情境创设激发学生学习兴趣,通过扎实有效的识字朗读训练夯实学科基础,借助多元丰富的想象拓展环节启迪学生思维。课堂既彰显了小学阶段教学的规范性与活力,又巧妙融入幼小衔接的教育理念,为幼儿园教师直观了解小学课堂教学模式、把握衔接关键点提供了可借鉴的实践样例。
In the classroom demonstration session, Teacher Zhou Lingbo from our school presented a vivid and lively primary Chinese demonstration lesson titled "The Little Boat".
  
专题分享 专题分享环节中,我校副校长李坤以《启航:前方是小学》为题,围绕小学端幼小衔接教学的实践方向展开系统阐释。从学习方式的过渡、课堂常规的培养、核心能力的提升等关键维度,详细分享了我校在幼小衔接工作中的实践策略与支持路径,为幼儿园阶段的衔接准备工作提供了清晰的小学视角参考。
In the thematic sharing session, Vice Principal Li Kun of our school delivered a systematic explanation on the practical direction of kindergarten-primary school transition teaching from the primary school perspective, with the topic "Set Sail: Primary School Ahead".
 
新欣幼儿园园长袁婕作《双向赋能 科学衔接——构建幼小无缝衔接新样态》专题分享,从“理念共融、机制共建、课程共构、资源共通”四个方面,介绍了幼儿园端的扎实举措与创新探索,双方的分享形成了双向呼应,为幼小衔接工作提供了完整的实践范本。
Yuan Jie, principal of Xinxin Kindergarten, gave a thematic sharing titled "Two-Way Empowerment, Scientific Transition – Building a New Model of Seamless Kindergarten-Primary School Transition".
 
专业研讨 教研员点评环节,都江堰市小学语文教研员黄祖辉老师、学前教育教研员刘妍老师分别从小学学科视角与学前教育视角,对课堂展示进行了专业细致的点评。两位教研员围绕课程目标落实、学习品质培养、衔接关键点把控及改进方向等内容提出了建设性意见,进一步推动小学与幼儿园在课程实施、儿童发展支持等方面形成共识,为后续双向衔接工作的优化指明了方向。
In the researcher comment session, Teacher Huang Zuhui (primary Chinese researcher) and Teacher Liu Yan (preschool education researcher) from Dujiangyan Primary and Secondary School Education Research Institute made professional and detailed comments on the classroom demonstration from the primary school subject perspective and preschool education perspective respectively.
 
教育部幼儿园园长培训中心实践教学指导专家何云竹作《携手同行 科学衔接——构建区域幼小衔接实践共同体的探索与实践》专题讲座。讲座以区域协同为核心切入点,系统梳理了幼小衔接实践共同体建设的路径与方法,为区域层面推进幼小衔接工作提供了高站位、可操作的指导与启示,让在场全体教育工作者受益匪浅。
He Yunzhu, the aforementioned expert, delivered a thematic lecture titled "Walk Hand in Hand, Achieve Scientific Transition – Exploration and Practice in Building a Regional Practical Community for Kindergarten-Primary School Transition".
 
本次活动通过“课堂展示—专题分享—教研员点评—专家引领”的闭环设计,成功搭建了幼儿园与小学协同交流的专业平台。我校始终高度重视幼小衔接工作,此次活动不仅展现了我校在衔接教学中的实践成果,更促进了校际间的经验互通与理念共融。未来,都江堰市灌州小学校将持续深化幼小衔接研究与实践,加强与幼儿园的常态化沟通合作,共同守护儿童成长关键期,为促进儿童全面、健康、可持续发展贡献教育力量。
Through the closed-loop design of "classroom demonstration – thematic sharing – researcher comments – expert guidance", this activity successfully built a professional platform for collaborative exchanges between kindergartens and primary schools.
