灌州·心育 | 趣味游戏悟沟通真谛——心理委员培训Fun Games for Communication

      为进一步巩固心理委员的工作能力，持续强化其在校园心理健康工作中的朋辈支持效能，我校于2025年12月17日，组织开展本学期第二次心理健康委员培训。

      To further consolidate psychological committee members' work capabilities and enhance their peer support in campus mental health, our school held the second mental health committee training of the semester on December 17, 2025.

      培训首项聚焦心理委员手册规范填写与学生心理指标辨别技巧，随后各班心理委员汇报近期班级心理动态，分享相关问题处理经验。

      The training first covered standardized filling of the psychological committee handbook and skills for identifying students' psychological indicators. Later, members from each class reported recent class psychological dynamics and shared problem-solving experience.

      活动尾声的 “海龟汤” 趣味游戏成为亮点。心理委员们围绕趣味汤面，以团队协作形式提出肯定疑问句推理真相，在互动中深刻体会到所见未必是真相，需深入探寻全貌。

      The highlight was the "turtle soup" fun game at the end. Working in teams, members used yes/no questions to reason about the truth around interesting scenarios, realizing that appearances don’t equal reality and deep exploration is necessary.

      此次培训既夯实了心理委员的工作基础，又通过游戏传递了人际相处的重要启示—— 需谨慎甄别信息、保持开放心态。未来，心理委员将以更专业的姿态守护班级同学心理健康。

      This training solidified members' work foundation and conveyed a key interpersonal lesson through the game: screen information carefully and keep an open mind. In the future, they will guard classmates’ mental health more professionally.
