灌州·教研 | 以赛促训强本领,匠心育人筑根基——都江堰市第十二届中小学班主任技能大赛小学组半决赛在我校举行

      为进一步提升班主任专业素养,夯实班级管理实操能力,强化家校沟通效能,都江堰市特举办班主任技能大赛活动。本次活动聚焦班主任核心技能提升,通过实操演练、案例分享、专家点评等形式,为班主任搭建交流学习平台,助力班级管理工作提质增效。

      To further improve the professional competence of head teachers, strengthen practical class management skills, and enhance home-school communication effectiveness, Dujiangyan City organized the Head Teacher Skills Competition.


      比赛伊始,各参赛班主任结合班级管理实际场景,自主撰写家校沟通方案,明确凝聚家校育人共识,形成教育合力,助力学生习惯养成、学业进步与身心健康发展。

      At the beginning of the competition, participating head teachers independently drafted home-school communication plans based on real classroom scenarios, aiming to build consensus between families and schools, form educational synergy, and support students in developing good habits, academic progress, and physical and mental health.


      所有方案完成后统一密封,为后续交流评审做好准备。

      All completed plans were sealed for subsequent review and exchange.


      本次活动的主题微班会交流环节,五位老师依次分享特色微班会设计与实施经验,聚焦班级凝聚力提升、同伴交往引导等核心议题:

      团结小学母姚老师:《星光救援行动——让赞美之光穿透心灵》,以赞美为核心,引导学生发现他人优点,构建和谐班级氛围;

      Ms. Mu Yao from Tuanjie Primary School: "Starlight Rescue Operation—Let the Light of Praise Penetrate the Heart," emphasizing praise to help students recognize each other's strengths and build a harmonious class atmosphere.


      灌州小学周凌波老师:《“班级精灵” 修复行动》,聚焦班级问题解决,通过趣味互动培养学生责任意识与协作能力;

      Ms. Zhou Lingbo from Guanzhou Primary School: "Classroom Elf Repair Operation," addressing class issues through interactive activities to foster responsibility and teamwork.


      玉堂小学王吉老师:《“智” 用小妙招,同伴 “慧” 相处》,分享实用交往技巧,帮助学生化解同伴矛盾,提升人际交往智慧;

      Mr. Wang Ji from Yutang Primary School: "Smart Tips for Wise Peer Interactions," sharing practical skills to help students resolve conflicts and improve interpersonal relationships.


      翠月湖学校叶薇薇老师:《友好相处我能行——小明的友谊日记》,以故事化形式引导学生理解友谊真谛,学会友好相处;

      Ms. Ye Weiwei from Cuiyuehu School: "I Can Be Friendly—Xiao Ming’s Friendship Diary," using storytelling to help students understand the essence of friendship and learn to get along.


      驾虹小学段奕蔓老师:《暖语传情,点亮友谊——学会把话好好说出口》,聚焦语言表达艺术,培养学生文明沟通习惯。

      Ms. Duan Yiman from Jiahong Primary School: "Warm Words, Bright Friendship—Learning to Speak Kindly," focusing on the art of expression to cultivate civilized communication habits.


      随后,五位老师在会议室进行突发事件处理分析准备,她们结合自身工作经验交流应对思路,分别上台结合班级管理实战经验,为今后高效化解班级突发问题、筑牢校园安全防线筑牢基础。

      Following this, the five teachers prepared for emergency response analysis in the meeting room. Drawing from their work experience, they exchanged ideas and strategies, sharing practical approaches to efficiently handle classroom emergencies and strengthen campus safety.


      都江堰市中小学德育研究室马德庆主任对本次大赛进行总结。马主任充分肯定了本次比赛的针对性与实效性,并给予高度评价,并结合班主任工作核心素养要求,从方案优化、班会实效提升、突发事件应急处置等方面提出指导性建议。

      Mr. Ma Deqing, Director of the Dujiangyan Primary and Secondary School Moral Education Research Office, summarized the competition. He highly commended its relevance and effectiveness and provided guidance on optimizing plans, improving the impact of class meetings, and enhancing emergency response capabilities.


      本次班主任技能大赛培训紧扣班级管理核心需求,通过多形式、多维度的学习交流,有效提升了参训班主任的家校沟通设计能力、主题班会策划能力与突发事件处理能力。

      The competition training addressed core needs in classroom management, utilizing diverse learning formats to effectively improve participants' skills in home-school communication design, themed class meeting planning, and emergency response.
