灌州·均衡 | 跨校交流促成长，共探育人新路径，龙吟小学德育团队走进我校 Cross-School Exchange

      活动伊始，龙吟小学的老师们在灌州小学红领巾志愿者的带领下，漫步校园。小志愿者们化身“校园代言人”，用清脆的声音、自信的姿态，介绍着学校的办学理念、特色课程等。

      At the beginning of the event, teachers from Longyin Primary School wandered around the campus under the leadership of Young Pioneer volunteers from Guanzhou Primary School.

班主任技能大赛的“专业盛宴”

      随后，全体人员齐聚学术厅，共同观摩由都江堰市教研室主办的“第十二届中小学班主任技能大赛小学组半决赛”。比赛现场，选手们围绕“主题微班会”“家长会”“班级突发事件处理”等环节展开激烈角逐，用专业素养与教育智慧诠释着“班主任”这一角色的责任与担当。台下，龙吟小学的老师们认真聆听、仔细记录。

      Later, all participants gathered in the academic hall to watch the "Semi-final of the Primary School Group of the 12th Primary and Secondary School Head Teacher Skills Competition" hosted by Dujiangyan Teaching and Research Office.

艾小红老师的“育人锦囊”

      观摩结束后，灌州小学德育名师艾小红老师带来了一场干货满满的专题讲座——《巧沟通促发展共成长——让我们一起，做孩子成长路上的合伙人》。讲座中，艾老师结合自己的一线教育经验，用一个个真实鲜活的案例，分享了“家校社协同育人”的实践智慧。

      After the observation, Ai Xiaohong, a famous moral education teacher from Guanzhou Primary School, gave a solid special lecture - "Skillful Communication for Development and Common Growth - Let's Be Partners on Children's Growth Path Together". 

      此次交流活动，不仅是一次跨区域的教育对话，更是一次心灵的相遇与思想的共鸣。未来，灌州小学将继续与更多兄弟学校携手，共同探索新时代德育工作的新路径，为培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人贡献力量！
