灌州·均衡 | 都康携手共成长，灌州小学助力区域教育协同新篇章 Exchange Activity

      2025年12月，我校作为都江堰市优质学校代表，受邀参与在康定市东大街小学举行的四川省“网链共享计划”第五网链教学联盟联合教研启动仪式暨首次研修活动，与康定市兄弟学校携手开启区域教育协同发展新征程。

      In December 2025, as a representative of high-quality schools in Dujiangyan City, our school was invited to participate in the launching ceremony and first research activity of the 5th Network Chain Teaching Alliance under Sichuan Province's "Network Chain Sharing Program" held at Dongdajie Primary School in Kangding City. We joined hands with sister schools in Kangding City to embark on a new journey of regional educational collaborative development.

搭建跨区域协作桥梁

      在庄重的校联体签约仪式上，我校与康定市新都桥小学、营官小学等签署《校联体建设协议》，标志着“都江堰—康定”跨区域教育协同体正式成立。这一举措不仅为我校与康定兄弟学校搭建了资源共享、优势互补的平台，更体现了我校在推动区域教育均衡发展中的责任担当。

      At the solemn school alliance signing ceremony, our school signed the School Alliance Construction Agreement with Xinduqiao Primary School, Yingguan Primary School and other schools in Kangding City, marking the official establishment of the "Dujiangyan - Kangding" cross-regional educational collaboration.

      专家引领：四川省马长俊名校长工作室领衔人马长俊校长的《高品质学校机制改革与活力提升》专题讲座，为破解发展难题、激发办学活力提供了清晰指引；

       The special lecture Mechanism Reform and Vitality Enhancement of High-quality Schools by Principal Ma Changjun's Studio of Sichuan Province provided clear guidance for our school to solve development problems and stimulate school-running vitality.

      专题讲座：都江堰市团结小学刘颖老师带来《阶梯赋能，循阶而长》班级管理专题讲座，结合丰富带班经验分享阶梯成长班级管理体系的构建理念与策略，为班主任专业化、科学化建设提供实操指引。

      Teacher Liu Ying from Tuanjie Primary School in Dujiangyan City gave a special lecture on class management entitled Hierarchical Empowerment, Growth Step by Step.

      课堂观摩：东大街小学訾英老师的班队示范课、都江堰团结小学赵星月老师的微班队课，以生动的案例为我校德育活动设计注入新灵感；

      The demonstration class meeting by Teacher Zi Ying from Dongdajie Primary School and the micro class meeting by Teacher Zhao Xingyue from Tuanjie Primary School in Dujiangyan injected new inspiration into the design of our school's moral education activities through vivid cases.

      深度研讨：与康定同仁围绕“德育创新与班级建设”展开热烈交流，思维碰撞中凝聚教育共识，为我校后续教学改革提供实操参考。

      Frequent exchanges with colleagues in Kangding on "moral education innovation and class construction" led to the pooling of educational consensus through the collision of ideas, providing practical references for the subsequent teaching reform of our school.

文化浸润

感受校园育人活力

      我校教师还实地探访了东大街小学“五动文化”（务、吾、悟、舞、武）体系，孩子们自信讲解劳动实践基地、艺术社团成果等，让我们真切感受到康定学校独特的育人氛围，也为我校校园文化建设带来新启发。

      Children confidently introduced the labor practice base, achievements of art clubs and other aspects, allowing us to truly feel the unique educational atmosphere of schools in Kangding and also bringing new inspiration to the campus culture construction of our school.

      此次活动是我校跨区域协作的重要一步。未来，我校将以校联体为纽带，持续深化与康定兄弟学校的交流合作：共享优质课程资源、共研教育教学难题、共促教师专业成长，携手谱写区域教育协同发展的美好篇章！

      This activity is an important step in our school's cross-regional cooperation. In the future, with the school alliance as the link, our school will continue to deepen exchanges and cooperation with sister schools in Kangding.
