
幼小衔接,衔接的是成长的阶梯,更是教育的温度。为进一步深化幼小衔接工作,精准把握幼儿与一年级学生的过渡适配需求,搭建幼儿园与小学协同育人桥梁,新欣幼儿园与灌州小学一年级回访暨联合教研活动顺利开展。两校教师齐聚一堂,共探衔接密码,共筑育人合力。

小学课堂初体验,趣味语文启心智。灌州小学徐然林老师带来一年级语文课《雪地里的小画家》,以生动的情境创设、灵动的互动引导,让孩子们在轻松愉悦的氛围中感受语文魅力,课堂上专注倾听、积极发言的习惯雏形已然显现。

幼儿园里乐成长,律动节奏养专注。新欣幼儿园刘鑫老师带来打击乐课堂《马戏团》,孩子们手持乐器,跟着节奏整齐律动,在趣味音乐游戏中,不仅锻炼了手眼协调能力,更培养了规则意识与集体专注力,为顺利衔接小学课堂奠定坚实基础。

共研共思
教学相长,研思并行。活动中,在施思老师的主持下,两校教师围绕幼小衔接核心问题展开深入研讨。曾红梅老师结合教学实践,坦诚分享了现阶段衔接培养过程中遇到的挑战与困惑,引发共鸣。
Hosted by Teacher Shi Si, teachers from both schools conducted in-depth discussions on core issues of the kindergarten-primary transition during the activity.

夏天皓老师则聚焦具体学情,详细介绍了目前74名就读新欣幼儿园孩子的闪光点与常见问题,为幼儿园至小学端精准衔接指导提供了宝贵参考。
Teacher Xia Tianhao gave a detailed introduction to the strengths and common problems of the 74 students who previously studied at Xinxin Kindergarten.

专题引领
为进一步提升衔接教育的专业性与实效性,灌州小学李坤副校长带来专题讲座。他从低段学生的生理与心理发展特点出发,结合丰富的教学案例,深入浅出地分享了针对低段学生习惯培养、能力提升的具体可操作方法,为两校教师开展衔接教育指明了方向,提供了科学遵循。

互学互鉴
研讨最后,两校教师围绕前期提出的共性困难,展开坦诚热烈的交流。大家各抒己见、分享妙招,在思想的碰撞中凝聚共识,在经验的互鉴中补齐短板,真正实现了“资源共享、优势互补”,为后续构建更顺畅、更高效的幼小衔接体系筑牢根基。
 
此次回访暨联合教研活动,不仅拉近了幼儿园与小学的距离,更明晰了衔接教育的发力点。未来,新欣幼儿园与灌州小学将持续深化协同合作,常态化开展教研交流,让幼小衔接的每一步都走得更稳、更实,护航孩子们平稳过渡、快乐成长!
