灌州·安全 | 建立校园农残自检实验室——筑牢舌尖防线，彰显育人担当Self-Testing Lab

      12月10日，我校农残自检实验室正式投入使用，成为区域内率先建立校园食材农药残留自检机制的小学。该实验室的建成运行，标志着学校食堂食品安全管理迈入“源头可控、实时监测、精准防控”的精细化新阶段，为师生饮食安全筑起一道坚实的技术防线。

      On December 10th, the pesticide residue self-testing laboratory of Guanzhou Primary School in Dujiangyan City was officially put into use, making it the first primary school in the region to establish a self-inspection mechanism for pesticide residues in campus food materials.

锚定需求

建强检测阵地

      学校以“守护师生饮食安全、前置风险防控”为核心目标，严格参照中小学食堂快检实验室建设规范，科学规划实验室建设。在食堂开辟独立空间，用于建设农残检验室。

      An independent space was set up in the cafeteria for the construction of a pesticide residue testing room.

      检测操作区安装防震操作台，配置10通道农药残留速测仪核心设备，专注快速检测蔬菜、水果中有机磷、氨基甲酸酯类农残及亚硝酸盐等10余项指标。

构建全链条

管理体系

      为保障实验室高效运转，学校建立“三位一体”运行管理机制：

      专业人员保障：选拔1名食堂食品安全管理员参加专项培训，明确其样品采集真实性、检测流程规范性、结果记录准确性的岗位责任；

      标准流程管控：制定《食材抽样检测操作规程》，每日对采购蔬菜（不少于3个品种）实施入场必检；同步对供应商提供的蔬菜、肉类检测资料进行核验，坚决杜绝无检测资料的食材入场；

      闭环处置机制：建立“检测-判定-处置-追溯”全流程台账，定期将检验结果上报学校，不合格食材立即下架并纳入供应商“黑名单”，同时报送属地市场监管部门。

责任担当

      实验室运行后，学校会更有效杜绝不合格食材流入加工环节。作为区域内率先探索校园食材自检模式的小学，灌州小学通过技术赋能食品安全管理，不仅实现了从“被动监管”到“主动防控”的转变，更以实际行动践行“至善向美”的育人理念。

      下一步，学校将依托实验室开展食品安全科普课堂，通过学生实践体验等形式普及果蔬安全知识，推动形成“家校社协同护食安”的良好格局。
