灌州·心育｜冬日暖阳情相伴，导师护航梦启航——十一月全员育人工作纪实Mentorship for growth

      秉持“学生人人有导师、教师人人是导师”理念，我校在十一月持续推进全员导师制。寒风虽冷，校园里师生情谊却炽热。

      Embracing the philosophy that "every student has a mentor, and every teacher serves as a mentor," our school continued to advance the whole-staff mentorship program throughout November.

      操场上，导师与学生并肩而坐，阳光洒下，学生分享生活中的点滴烦恼，导师则以温柔的话语给予安慰和鼓励，如暖阳驱散学生心中阴霾。教室中，师生围坐交流生活趣事，探讨学习难题，导师引领学生畅游知识海洋。每个学生都是独特星星，导师用心发现闪光点，用爱呵护成长。在导师关怀下，学生如破茧之蝶，挣脱迷茫，自信勇敢，以昂扬姿态向更高目标攀登。

      Under their guidance, students emerge like butterflies breaking free from cocoons, shedding confusion and growing confident and courageous, striving toward higher goals with unwavering determination.

      十一月，是收获的季节，也是新的起点。在全员导师制的陪伴下，学生们收获了知识、收获了成长、收获了温暖；导师们也收获了学生的信任、收获了教育的幸福。未来，我们将继续携手前行，让全员导师制在校园里绽放更加绚烂的光彩，为学生的美好未来奠定坚实的基础。

      Through the whole-staff mentorship program, students have gained knowledge, growth, and warmth, while mentors have earned their students' trust and the joy of education.
