灌州·家校社｜灌小家长学校专题培训 ——《你的期待≠孩子的梦想》Parent School Special Training

       11月21日，由成都市家长学校都江堰分校主办，都江堰市灌州小学家长学校承办的家长培训——《你的期待≠孩子的梦想》，在灌州小学学术厅成功召开！本次培训导师为中国陶行知研究会家庭教育专业委员会，清华大学社会科学学院认证积极心理学指导师，清华大学社会科学学院积极心理学研究中心讲师，清华大学社会科学学院积极教育项目负责人廖婉苏老师。

       On November 21, the parent training "Your Expectations ≠ Your Child's Dreams"—hosted by Chengdu Parent School Dujiangyan Branch and organized by Guanzhou Primary School Parent School—was successfully held in the school's academic hall!

       培训中，廖老师结合家长期望与孩子实际，与家长探讨教学对孩子未来发展的意义，强调教育应贴合孩子成长规律，让期望成为成长助力而非压力。

       During the training, Ms. Liao connected parents' expectations with children's realities, discussed the significance of education for children's future development, and emphasized that education should align with children's growth laws, turning expectations into growth momentum rather than pressure.

       接着廖老师从认知培养、学习进阶、综合发展等多个维度着重强调，成长型思维是孩子突破学习瓶颈、主动探索未知的核心动力，更是支撑其未来应对挑战、持续成长的关键素养，对各方面发展意义深远。

       Ms. Liao then emphasized from multiple dimensions—cognitive development, learning progression, and comprehensive growth—that a growth mindset is the core driver for children to break through learning bottlenecks and actively explore the unknown.

       最后，廖老师结合家校探讨的核心，给出了科学鼓励的宝贵建议：孩子的成长离不开正向引导，不妨试试 “三步走” 策略 —— 先以真诚表扬给予情感支撑，再聚焦努力过程而非单一结果给予肯定，最后针对性鼓励每一点微小进步，让鼓励成为贴合孩子成长节奏的养分，助力他们在自信中稳步前行。

       Finally, Ms. Liao shared valuable tips for scientific encouragement based on key home-school discussions.

       此次培训，让家长们明白了期许应该是深切的关爱，积极的肯定与支持。只有家校同心，在期许与梦想间找平衡，让教育赋能孩子，才能不负期盼，也不负自我。
