灌州·聚力 | 深耕教育沃土，四川省马长俊名校长工作室正式启航 Ma Changjun Principal Studio

      11月7日，以“名师聚力启新程 薪火相传竞芳华”为主题的教育部“双名计划”四川名师名校长工作室建设成果展示交流暨四川省第五批名师名校长工作室建设启动仪式在绵阳隆重举行。在此次全省教育人才队伍建设的重要盛会上，都江堰市灌州小学马长俊校长领衔的“四川省马长俊名校长工作室”正式授牌成立，标志着学校在教育教学改革与区域教育引领之路上迈出了里程碑式的一步。目前马长俊工作室已经在13个地市州建立15个工作站，将来每个工作站还将按要求吸纳成员学校，扩大辐射引领作用。

在全省教育发展浪潮中锚定新坐标

      作为全省基础教育“雁阵”发展体系的重要组成部分，马长俊名校长工作室的成立，既是对灌州小学近年来办学成果的高度认可，更是响应四川省教育厅“深化教育教学研究，积极探索人工智能与教育融合”号召的具体实践。启动仪式上，四川省教育厅二级巡视员何庆指出，全省已构建起涵盖189个国家和省级“双名”工作室的培育体系，新一批工作室需以“六个一”目标为抓手，在规范管理、成果导向、强化保障上精准发力。马长俊校长作为都江堰市基础教育领域的代表，接过这块凝聚使命与重托的牌匾，意味着工作室将肩负起“为党育人、为国育才”的崇高责任，成为连接优质教育资源、辐射区域教育发展的重要纽带。

      As an important part of the province's basic education "goose formation" development system, the establishment of Ma Changjun Famous Principal Studio is not only a high recognition of Guanzhou Primary School's school-running achievements in recent years, but also a concrete practice in responding to the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education's call to "deepen educational and teaching research and actively explore the integration of artificial intelligence and education".

聚力赋能：

以工作室建设激活教育发展新动能

      四川省马长俊名校长工作室的成立，对灌州小学及区域教育发展具有深远意义。工作室将以“至善向美”的办学理念为核心，依托灌州小学在地文化育人特色实践，构建“理论研究—实践探索—成果辐射”三位一体的工作模式。一方面，工作室将成为学校教师专业成长的“加速器”，通过组建由市县级骨干教师、青年教师组成的研究团队，开展主题式教研、跨校际交流、数字化教学创新等活动，推动教育教学能力整体提升；另一方面，工作室将发挥“领头雁”作用，辐射带动工作室成员在课程改革、育人模式创新、校园文化建设等领域形成可复制、可推广的经验成果，为区域教育优质均衡发展注入新活力。

      On one hand, the studio will serve as an "accelerator" for the professional growth of school teachers. By forming a research team composed of municipal and county-level backbone teachers and young teachers, it will carry out thematic teaching and research, inter-school exchanges, digital teaching innovation and other activities to promote the overall improvement of educational and teaching capabilities. On the other hand, the studio will play the role of "pacesetter", driving basic education schools in Dujiangyan and even Chengdu to form replicable and promotable experience and achievements in curriculum reform, educational model innovation, campus culture construction and other fields, injecting new vitality into the balanced development of high-quality regional education.

      站在新的历史起点，四川省马长俊名校长工作室将以此次启动为契机，在省教师发展中心的专业指导下，携手工作室全体成员深耕教育沃土，以使命担当书写教育报国的时代答卷，让“薪火相传”的教育初心在实践中绽放芳华。

      Standing at a new historical starting point, Sichuan Ma Changjun Famous Principal Studio will take this launch as an opportunity. Under the professional guidance of the Sichuan Teacher Development Center, it will work with all members to cultivate the fertile soil of education, write an era report card of serving the country through education with a sense of mission, and let the initial aspiration of "passing on the torch" in education bloom brilliantly in practice.
