灌州·聚力 | 都江遇莞邑，研修共成长——我校接待东莞市基础教育领军人才、教育家型校长项目学员深度研修 Training

      2025年11月6日，我校迎来了东莞市首批基础教育领先人才培养对象、教育家型校长研修团一行20余人。两地教育同仁以学校规范管理提升与教育家的使命担当为核心议题，开展了一场跨区域、深层次的教育思想碰撞与实践经验分享。

      On November 6, 2025, our school welcomed over 20 members of the first batch of training participants for leading talents in basic education and the educator-type principal study group from Dongguan. Educators from both regions conducted cross-regional, in-depth ideological exchanges and practical experience sharing around the core topic of improving school standardized management and educators' mission.

      活动伊始，灌州小学的“红领巾讲解员”成为校园里最亮眼的文化使者，引领研修团漫步校园。

      At the start of the activity, the "Young Pioneers narrators" of Guanzhou Primary School became the most striking cultural envoys on campus, leading the study group to tour the school.

在地化践初心

      随后，灌州小学马长俊校长以《教育家精神引领学校规范管理与治理水平提升的在地化实践》为题，带来了一场兼具理论深度与实践温度的专题分享。马校长立足都江堰本土文化根脉，创造性地将李冰治水精神与教育家精神深度融合，提出“以教育家精神为魂，以都江堰智慧为镜”的“精神—方法—载体”三维治理模型，系统阐释了学校如何从“管控型管理”迈向“生态型治理”的转型路径。

      ubsequently, Principal Ma Changjun of Guanzhou Primary School delivered a thematic sharing with both theoretical depth and practical warmth, titled "Localized Practice of Improving School Standardized Management and Governance Level Guided by Educator Spirit".

      此次跨区域研修交流，不仅搭建了东莞与都江堰基础教育互学互鉴的坚实桥梁，更让 “以规范促发展，以使命育新人” 的理念深入人心。期待未来能进一步深化合作，共探基础教育高质量发展之路。

      This cross-regional training and exchange not only built a solid bridge for mutual learning in basic education between Dongguan and Dujiangyan, but also deeply rooted the concept of "promoting development through standardization and nurturing new talents with mission". 

      教育无界，行者无疆。灌州小学将以此次交流为契机，持续深耕教育家精神实践，秉持开放办学、互学共进的理念，在规范中提质、在创新中赋能，努力书写人民满意的教育新篇章！
