灌州·安全｜拒绝校园欺凌，共筑阳光校园 Reject Campus Bullying

      为进一步营造安全、文明、和谐的校园环境，增强全体师生的防欺凌意识。近日，我校开展了以“拒绝校园欺凌，守护成长净土”为主题的防欺凌专题教育系列活动，通过国旗下演讲、教师专题培训、法治校长普法、班级主题班会等形式，为全校师生上了一堂生动的“成长安全课”。

      Recently, our school launched a series of anti bullying education activities with the theme of "Rejecting Campus Bullying and Guarding a Pure Land for Growth". Through various forms, we gave a vivid "Growth Safety Class" to all teachers and students in the school.

      01 赋能领航，夯实育人根基

      为提升教师识别、干预校园欺凌的专业能力，学校组织开展“防欺凌专项能力提升班”。培训围绕“校园欺凌的早期识别与应对策略”“受欺凌学生心理疏导技巧”“家校沟通中的法律边界”等主题开展专题授课，帮助教师掌握“观察-介入-化解-跟踪”四步干预法，明确“零容忍、早发现、快处置”的工作原则，为预防欺凌教育提供专业支撑。

      In order to enhance the professional ability of teachers to identify and intervene in campus bullying, the school had organized a "Special Anti Bullying Ability Enhancement Class".

02 以声传情，播撒友爱种子

      周一升旗仪式上学校大队部学生以《对校园欺凌说“不”》为题发表国旗下演讲，结合身边案例，呼吁大家“争做文明使者，不当冷漠看客”，用尊重与包容温暖彼此，让欺凌行为失去滋生的土壤。全校师生认真聆听，一颗颗“反欺凌”的种子在心中悄然发芽。

      At the flag raising ceremony on Monday, students from the school's brigade department gave a speech under the national flag titled "Say 'No' to Campus Bullying".

03 以案释法，筑牢安全防线

      学校法治校长、都江堰人民法院刘沙阿姨为师生开展防欺凌专题普法，以“法律视角下的校园欺凌”为主题，结合《未成年人保护法》《预防未成年人犯罪法》等法律法规，通过“校园欺凌行为界定”“欺凌者的法律责任”“受害者维权途径”三个维度的解读，让师生们对校园欺凌的法律边界有了更清晰的认识。

      The school's law principal and Aunt Liu Sha of Dujiangyan Irrigation Project People's Court carried out anti bullying special law popularization for teachers and students, so that teachers and students have a clearer understanding of the legal boundary of campus bullying.

04 互动体验，深化教育成效

      各中队以“拒绝欺凌，从我做起”为主题开展了形式多样的班会活动。中队辅导员运用培训所学技能，通过播放防欺凌教育短片、组织“欺凌情景模拟”“小组讨论如何友善相处”“制作反欺凌宣传海报”等环节，引导学生在互动中学习。班会课上，同学们积极发言、热烈讨论，纷纷表示要从自身做起，用实际行动守护“零欺凌”的校园环境。

      During the class meeting, students actively spoke up and had lively discussions, expressing their intention to start from themselves and take practical actions to protect the "No bullying" campus environment.

05 共筑防线，守护每一颗童心

      此次防欺凌专题教育系列活动，是我校落实“立德树人”根本任务、推进“平安校园”建设的重要举措。通过“校级引领+教师赋能+班级深化+法治护航”的立体教育模式，不仅让同学们学会了识别和应对欺凌的方法，更在校园中传递了“友爱、尊重、包容”的正能量。未来，我校将持续开展防欺凌主题教育活动，建立“家校社”协同育人机制，织密校园安全防护网，让每一位学子都能在阳光下健康成长，让校园真正成为充满爱与温暖的成长乐园！

      In the future, our school will continue to carry out anti bullying themed education activities, weave a dense campus safety protection net, so that every student can grow up healthily in the sunshine, and make the campus truly a growth paradise full of love and warmth!
