
食品安全为重中之重,近日市场监督管理局执法人员莅临我校开展食品安全专项检查,重点核查食堂食品安全管理工作落实情况,旨在筑牢校园饮食安全防线,保障师生 “舌尖上的安全”。
Food safety is a top priority. Recently, Market Supervision Bureau inspectors conducted a special food safety inspection at our school, focusing on canteen food safety management to strengthen campus food safety and ensure it for teachers and students.
检查重点内容包含:食堂食品安全卫生全流程、核查食品留样规范度检查、食材抽样现场检测
Inspectors examined key areas including the canteen kitchen, disinfection room, and storage room.
执法人员深入食堂操作间、洗消间、储物间等关键区域,对照《餐饮服务食品安全操作规范》,对食材采购索证索票台账、储存条件、加工流程等进行细致检查。重点查看了生熟食品分区存放、厨具餐具清洗消毒记录、“三防”(防鼠、防蝇、防尘)设施配备等情况,同时核实食堂从业人员健康证有效期,确保全链条符合卫生标准。
They verified separate storage of raw/cooked foods, utensil cleaning/disinfection records, anti-rodent/fly/dust facilities, and staff health certificate validity, ensuring full-process hygiene compliance.
   
针对食品留样环节,执法人员逐一核查留样品种、数量及保存状况,确认我校严格执行 “每样食品留足 125 克、冷藏保存 48 小时” 的规范要求,且留样容器标注清晰(品名、日期、责任人),台账记录完整可追溯,完全符合食品安全管理规定。
For sample retention, inspectors confirmed strict adherence to the "125g per sample, 48-hour refrigeration" rule.
 
检查期间,执法人员随机抽取食堂当日使用的辅料进行检查,经专业检测,所有抽样食材指标均符合国家食品安全标准,检测结果全部合格。
Randomly sampled auxiliary ingredients underwent professional testing, with all samples meeting national food safety standards (100% pass rate).
   
本次专项检查结果显示,我校食堂食品安全卫生管理工作落实到位:食材采购渠道正规、储存加工规范、留样制度严格、环境卫生达标,各项检查指标均符合要求,抽样检测 100% 合格。也对我校食品安全工作给予充分肯定,认为学校食品安全责任体系健全,食堂管理精细化程度高,有效筑牢了校园食品安全防线。
The inspection affirmed well-implemented management: legitimate purchase channels, standardized storage/processing, strict sample retention, and up-to-standard hygiene, with all indicators compliant.
