
金秋十月,成都市何小波名师工作室“素养为本的‘三课联动’阅读教学探索”主题研讨活动在我校成功举办。活动由成都市何小波名师工作室主办、都江堰市灌州小学承办,特邀成都未来教育家联盟秘书长兼龙泉驿区教育科学研究院副院长周兆伦、灌州小学党支部书记兼校长马长俊指导,工作室全体成员、灌州小学全体语文教师参会。
In October, He Xiaobo Master Teacher Studio hosted a thematic seminar titled "Exploring a Literacy-Focused, Three-Lesson Linkage Reading Instructional Model" at our school.
一、开场致辞
马长俊校长为活动致辞,表达对研讨活动的期待。
Principal Ma Changjun delivered the opening speech, expressing his expectations for the seminar.

二、课例观摩
首先由灌州小学黄玉老师执教三年级上册《读不完的大书——学做摘录笔记》,引导学生感受自然之美、培养观察能力与语文素养。
Ms. Huang conducted a lesson for the third-grade titled "The Endless Book of Nature – Learning to Make Excerpt Notes," guiding students to appreciate the beauty of nature and cultivate observation skills and language literacy.
 
接着由工作室吴小国老师执教六年级《品诗中景 悟诗中情——破译送别诗的“情感密码”》,以读促悟、以情入境,助力学生体会诗歌意境与人文情怀。
Mr. Wu conducted a lesson for sixth-grade titled"Savoring the Scene, Understanding the Emotion – Decoding the 'Emotional Code' of Farewell Poetry," helping students comprehend the artistic conception and humanistic sentiments of poetry.
 
三、专家点评
周兆伦副院长围绕摘录的方法、摘录的步骤等维度点评黄玉老师的课例,重点聚焦摘抄指导的实操性与针对性。同时,他特别强调要“明确学段要求”,不同学段的摘抄指导应体现梯度差异。
Vice President Zhou commented on Ms. Huang's lesson, focusing on aspects such as the methods and specific steps for taking excerpt notes.

马长俊校长从多个维度评价吴小国老师的课例,他认为相关设计紧扣课标核心素养目标,确保学习不偏离方向;在教材解读上突破表层知识,引导挖掘知识逻辑与编写意图;还提出了思维可视化,它既可以清晰呈现知识体系,也能暴露薄弱点,为后续提升提供方向。

四、导师总结
成都市何小波名师工作室领衔人何小波老师以“长板、特色、善思”等十个关键词对活动进行深度总结指导,他指出教师专业发展应聚焦自身长处与优势,在阅读教学领域打造核心竞争力,需将时间与精力聚焦于某一领域并做到极致出色,形成独具特色的阅读教学模式,同时要持续思考课型设计、素养落地、学生能力生长点等问题,以深度思考推动教学创新,从教师专业发展维度为“三课联动”探索提供了长期成长的方法论。

本次活动为参会教师搭建了交流学习平台,展示不同学段阅读教学实践路径,明确核心素养导向下阅读教学创新方向,助力教师将所学所思应用于课堂,推动“三课联动”探索与素养为本的阅读教学落地生根,也为我校语文教学发展注入新动力。
The event demonstrated practical reading instruction pathways, advanced the implementation of the "Three-Lesson Linkage" model, and infused new energy into our school's Chinese language program.
