灌州·心育 | 心灵小伙伴——心理委员培训 Training for Psychological Commissioners

      为夯实心理委员队伍建设，更好发挥其在学校心理健康工作中的朋辈支持作用，助力校园心理健康工作持续优化，我校于2025年10月10日下午，组织了本学期第一次心理健康委员培训。

      On the afternoon of October 10th, 2025, our school organized the first mental health committee training of this semester.

      本次培训以“心灵小伙伴”为核心主题。

      The core theme of this training is "Spiritual Friends"

      培训伊始，白老师向同学们明确心理委员的角色，列出心理委员可为不可为事项清单。同学们认真记录，讨论时主动分享困惑，氛围热烈。

      At the beginning of the training, Teacher Bai clarified the role of the psychological committee member to the students and listed a list of things that the psychological committee member can and cannot do. 

      随后，白老师讲解实用的沟通技巧：多问“怎么样”、少问“为什么” ；同学们专注倾听，在互动中主动分享学习收获。

      Later, Teacher Bai explained practical communication skills: ask more "how" and less "why"; the students listened attentively and actively shared their learning gains during the interaction.

      培训最后，白老师特别提醒心理委员：帮助他人前，需先照顾好自身状态，并分享了多项解压方法。

      At the end of the training, Teacher Bai specially reminded the psychological committee members that before helping others, they need to take care of their own state first, and shared a number of stress relief methods.
