灌州·家校社｜家校携手，共护食品安全，我校召开本期膳食监督家长委员会工作会议 Dietary Supervision

      为进一步规范学校食堂管理，保障师生饮食安全与营养健康，近日，都江堰市灌州小学校召开膳食监督家长委员会工作会议。

      We recently held a work meeting of the Parent Committee for Dietary Supervision.

      膳食监督家长委员会成员深入食堂一线，围绕制度管理、食材监督、加工操作、菜品结构、卫生消毒及健康培训等关键环节开展全面检查，为孩子们的“舌尖安全”保驾护航。

家校协同，共筑育人安全网

      检查过程中膳食监督委员会对食堂工作给予了充分肯定，并就进一步优化菜品口味、丰富餐食种类等方面提出了建设性意见。

      During the inspection, the Dietary Supervision Committee fully affirmed the canteen's work and put forward constructive suggestions on further optimizing the taste of dishes and enriching the variety of meals.

      检查结束，全程参与此次检查的膳食监督委员强调，灌州小学明厨亮灶，食堂管理整体情况良好，厨房干净明亮，糕点房硬件设施一流，各项指标均符合食品安全要求。学校表示，将以此次检查为契机，持续加强食堂精细化管理，严格落实食品安全主体责任，畅通家校沟通渠道，定期邀请家长参与监督，把师生饮食安全放在首位，以严谨的态度、规范的管理、优质的服务，为孩子们打造一个安全、健康、放心的餐饮环境，让家长安心，让社会满意！
