灌州·健康 | 我校开展“营养知识进学校”公益讲座Nutrition Lecture Enters Campus

      为增强我校学生的营养健康意识，培养科学饮食习惯，我们特邀请两位专业医师开展了主题为“营养知识进学校”的公益讲座，全体学生现场参与，全校家长朋友同步通过直播观看了此次活动。

      Aiming to enhance students’ awareness of nutrition and health and cultivate scientific dietary habits, our school invited experts to conduct a public welfare lecture. All students participated on-site, while parents joined synchronously via live broadcast.

如何成为

“聪明小吃货”

      本次讲座首位主讲人王文靖是国内第一批注册营养师、成都市视力保护与健康促进学会副秘书长，他结合学生特点分享核心内容：明确人体必需营养素的种类、作用及食物来源，强调早餐的重要性和谷物、牛奶、鸡蛋等优质食物的价值，同时提醒薯片、可乐等不健康饮食对身体发育与免疫力的不良影响，引导学生规避，也为家长引导孩子饮食提供了专业参考。

      Experts explained the types, functions, and food sources of essential nutrients, emphasized the importance of breakfast and healthy food choices, and provided guidance to parents on scientifically managing children's diets.

合理膳食

食养是良医

      第二位主讲人李永盛是主管医师、硕士（就职于成都市疾控中心，负责联合国儿基会成都“儿童肥胖防控项目”），他聚焦“主食与蔬果搭配”讲解：介绍主食的营养差异，重点强调“粗细搭配”原则，给出蔬果“多样、足量、科学清洗”的建议，分享适合儿童的膳食调理小技巧，既助力学生通过饮食增强体质，也为家长日常搭配家庭膳食提供清晰指导。

      Experts introduced the nutritional differences of staple foods, emphasized “combining refined and whole grains” advised diversifying and sufficiently consuming fruits and vegetables with scientific cleaning, and shared tips for children's dietary management.

学生问答互动

      讲座中开展有奖问答，围绕“必需营养素”“早餐推荐食物”“主食粗细搭配”等核心问题提问。学生踊跃作答，既巩固了知识，又收获健康主题小礼品，现场氛围热烈；家长通过直播也能直观感受到现场互动氛围，同步与孩子学习、巩固讲座核心内容。

      Knowledge was reinforced through prize-winning Q&A sessions. Students participated actively, and parents simultaneously learned key content via live broadcast.

      本次活动通过“现场+直播”的形式，借助专业讲解与互动，让学生系统掌握基础营养知识，也让家长同步获取科学的饮食指导，既填补了学生的营养认知空白，也为家校协同培养学生健康饮食习惯搭建了桥梁。未来，我校将持续开展此类健康科普活动，通过多元形式联动家校，共同关注学生身心健康发展。

      The event helped students grasp nutritional knowledge through professional explanations and interactions, provided dietary guidance to parents, and built a bridge for home-school collaboration in cultivating healthy habits. Our school will continue to organize such activities in the future.
