灌州·教师 | 师者荣光，致敬榜样！我校举行教师节表彰活动 the Glory of Teachers

      金秋九月，丹桂沁香；灌州校园，暖意盈心。在第41个教师节来临之际，都江堰市灌州小学校以一系列温馨的活动，向全体教职工送上最诚挚的祝福与敬意。

清晨，校门口洋溢着温暖氛围。学校为老师们精心准备了节日礼物，以满满的心意迎接每一位辛勤付出的教育者。

      In the morning, a warm atmosphere pervaded the school gate. The school prepared holiday gifts for teachers, greeting every hardworking educator with full sincerity.

      中午，“以教育家精神铸魂强师，谱写教育强国建设华章” 教师节主题庆祝活动，在我校学术厅隆重开展。本次表彰活动以“立德树人守初心，爱岗敬业担使命”为核心，旨在通过树立身边榜样，将“珍水精神”中“润物无声、滋养成长”的教育理念具象化，让“爱岗敬业、潜心育人”的师德风尚成为全体教职工的价值追求。

      At noon, the Teachers' Day theme celebration "Forging Souls and Strengthening Teachers with Educator Spirit, Writing a Chapter in Building an Educational Power" was grandly held in the academic hall.

珍水精神引领

      视频《我们》再现了老师们教书育人的日常点滴；马长俊校长以《珍水润心育桃李，求真立教谱新篇》致辞，寄望全体教职工践行 “珍水精神”，同时为全体教职工送上节日祝福。

      The video We showcased daily teaching moments of teachers. Principal Ma Changjun delivered a speech titled Nurturing Students with Precious Water Spirit, Pursuing Truth to Write a New Chapter in Education, urging all to practice the "Precious Water Spirit" and extending holiday wishes.

榜样力量

      活动中，既有温情的回望，更有荣光的表彰。过去一年，我校涌现出一批爱岗敬业的优秀教职工，他们既是师德标杆，亦是育人楷模。

      The event included warm reflections and glorious commendations. Over the past year, a group of dedicated outstanding staff emerged as role models of ethics and education.

      此次表彰不仅是对优秀个体的肯定，更形成了“表彰一人、带动一群、影响一片”的辐射效应。通过挖掘身边典型，让教师们真切感受到“优秀就在身边”，激发了全体教职工对标先进、提升自我的内生动力。

      This commendation not only recognized excellent individuals but also created a ripple effect of "inspiring a group and influencing many by honoring one". Highlighting身边 role models made teachers feel "excellence is around", stimulating their motivation to learn from advanced examples and improve themselves.

青出于蓝

      此外，“青蓝工程” 结对仪式同步举行，师徒携手同行，共筑教育新篇。

      In addition, the "Blue and Green Project" mentorship ceremony was held simultaneously, with mentors and apprentices working together to build a new chapter in education.

      此次表彰活动，既是对过去一年教育成果的总结，更是对未来育人使命的誓师。灌州小学全体教职工将以榜样为帆，以使命为舵，在“铸魂强师”的道路上步履不停，让“教育家精神”在每一堂课、每一次辅导、每一次陪伴中绽放光彩。

      All staff of Guanzhou Primary School will take role models as sails and missions as rudders, advancing on the path of "forging souls and strengthening teachers", and letting "educator spirit" shine in every class, tutoring session, and companionship.
