灌州·聚力 | 专家领航，我校开展核心素养下数学专题培训 Mathematics teacher training

      开学前夕，为进一步提升数学教师的专业素养与教学能力，我校特别邀请了成都市教育科学研究院幼小教育研究所所长张碧荣老师莅临指导，为全体数学教师带来了一场内容丰富、实效显著的专题培训。同时，光亚学校数学学科教育同仁与我校教师一起，共享这堂智慧的盛宴。

      Our school invited Professor Zhang Birong, the director of the Early Childhood Education Research Institute of Chengdu Education Science Research Institute, to come and provide guidance, bringing a rich and effective thematic training to all mathematics teachers.

      培训伊始，张碧荣老师强调了“转换角度看教育”的重要性，鼓励教师们跳出传统框架，以更加开放和创新的视角审视教育目标与方法。

      Teacher Zhang encourages teachers to break away from traditional frameworks and examine educational goals and methods from a more open and innovative perspective.

       针对学生个体差异，张老师详细阐述了如何精准识别并着重发展不同学生所需具备的核心能力。

      Regarding individual differences among students, Teacher Zhang explained how to accurately identify the core competencies possessed by different students.

      在课堂教学方面，张老师倡导“在互动中学”的教学理念。他通过模拟课堂、小组讨论等形式，展示了如何通过设计富有挑战性和趣味性的活动，激发学生的主动学习兴趣，促进师生间、学生间的有效互动。

      Teacher Zhang advocates the teaching philosophy of "learning through interaction". He demonstrated how to stimulate students' active learning interest and promote effective interaction between teachers and students, as well as among students, by designing challenging and fun activities.

      此外，张老师还就课堂设计、作业布置以及教师评估体系的优化提出了宝贵建议。Teacher Zhang also put forward suggestions for optimizing classroom design and teacher evaluation system.
