
为进一步夯实我校英语教师的教学基本功,切实提升英语课堂教学实效与教师专业素养,近日,我校精心策划并组织开展了小学英语学科专项培训活动。本次培训邀请到了成都市教科院樊波老师莅临指导,我校全体英语教师及友好学校光亚同仁共同参与,为后续优化英语课堂教学、提升学科育人质量筑牢基础。
This training invited Teacher Fan Bo from Chengdu Municipal Institute of Education and Science to give guidance, and all English teachers of our school participated, laying a solid foundation for optimizing English classroom teaching and improving the quality of subject-based education in the future.
 
活动伊始,三、四年级英语教师依次进行说课展示。三年级教师围绕教材Unit 6 My sweet home展开,从教学目标设定、教学重难点突破、教学活动设计等方面,详细阐述了如何引导学生感知“家庭”主题词汇与句型,激发学生对家庭的热爱;四年级教师则聚焦 Unit 1 I love sports,结合学生兴趣特点,设计了互动游戏与情景对话环节,展现了如何让学生在实践中掌握运动相关表达,培养英语运用能力。
At the beginning of the activity, English teachers of Grade 3 and Grade 4 gave lesson presentations in turn.
 
随后,樊波老师对两位教师的说课进行精准点评与专业指导。樊老师充分肯定了两位教师说课的亮点,同时针对教学环节等方面提出了切实可行的优化建议,为教师们后续调整教学方案提供了清晰方向。
Subsequently, Teacher Fan made accurate comments and professional guidance on the two teachers' lesson presentations.

在互动答疑环节,老师们结合日常教学中遇到的困惑积极提问,樊波老师耐心倾听,结合自身教学经验与专业理论,逐一解答,分享了实用的教学策略与方法,现场交流氛围热烈,教师们纷纷表示收获颇丰。
In the interactive Q&A session, teachers actively asked questions based on the puzzles encountered in daily teaching.
此次培训活动通过“说课-点评-答疑”的闭环模式,有效促进了教师间的经验共享与思维碰撞。未来将持续开展此类活动,深化“双减”背景下的课堂教学改革,助力教师专业素养与教学质量双提升。
In the future, our school will continue to carry out such activities to deepen the classroom teaching reform under the background of the "Double Reduction" policy, and help teachers achieve dual improvement in professional literacy and teaching quality.
