灌州·安全 | 聚焦食安，守护每一份“舌尖上的放心”Food Safety

      为保障新学期师生饮食安全，灌州小学后勤团队于8月26日至30日开展食堂"安心护航"行动，以细致筹备筑牢师生饮食安全防线。

      The logistics team of Guanzhou Primary School carried out the "Safe Escort" campaign in the canteen from August 26 to 30, laying a solid foundation for food safety through meticulous preparations.

      8月26日，党支部书记、校长马长俊主持秋季学期安全工作专题会议，将食堂安全列为开学筹备头号工程，要求全员以“零容忍”态度落实《校园食品安全工作规范》，用父母之心守护师生每一餐。

      On August 26, Ma Changjun, Party Branch Secretary and Principal, presided over a special meeting on safety work for the autumn semester.

      食堂工作人员对就餐区、操作间、备餐台及餐具存放区进行全覆盖无死角清洁消毒，重点清除油污残渣，细致擦拭设备缝隙，确保卫生达标率100%，为新学期备足“洁净底色”。

      Canteen staff conducted full-coverage, no-dead-angle cleaning and disinfection of dining areas, operation rooms, meal preparation tables, and tableware storage areas. 

细致排查

筑牢安全防线

      安全检查小组对电器线路、消防设备、燃气管道开展专项排查，清洗燃气管道，检测消防器材压力值，以“找茬”精神消除安全隐患。

      The safety inspection team conducted special checks on electrical circuits, fire-fighting equipment, and gas pipelines. 

精心筹备

保障开学供餐

      物资到位：新鲜食材（肉类、蔬菜）经检验合格后入库，餐具、清洁用品补充完毕，满足首周供餐需求；

      Fresh ingredients (meat, vegetables) were stored after inspection and qualification; tableware and cleaning supplies were replenished to meet the first week's meal needs.

      人员就绪：食堂员工持有效健康证上岗，岗前培训考核合格，晨检记录、食材留样表等台账准备齐全。

      Canteen employees took up their posts with valid health certificates, passed pre-job training assessments, and completed records such as morning inspection logs and food sampling forms.
