灌州·心育 | 以心育“新”，共筑成长——我校教师积极参与新学期心理健康教育培训Mental Health Training

      为进一步提升教师队伍的心理健康素养，提高心理育人能力，创造更加和谐幸福的工作氛围，加强教师幸福感。我校于2025年秋季学期开学前，组织全体教师参与系列心理健康专题培训，为新学期灌小师生心理支持工作注入专业力量。

夯实心理健康育人基础

     8月28日上午，全体教师认真观看由成都市教育局组织的中小学心理健康教育专题视频培训会，通过徐凯文博士的讲授，了解到了当代青少年心理健康现状、心理危机的危险性评估方法及有效干预策略。

      On the morning of August 28, teachers participated in a video training session hosted by the Chengdu Education Bureau. Dr. Xu Kaiwen’s lecture covered current adolescent mental health status, crisis risk assessment methods, and effective intervention strategies.

专家引领

解锁压力管理智慧

      8月28日下午，学校特别邀请心理学专家何奎莲教授带来《与压力共舞——四维一体压力管理艺术》精彩讲座。同时，为促进校际交流，共探心育新路径，我们荣幸邀请到光亚学校与新欣幼儿园的教师代表齐聚一堂，共享智慧盛宴。

      In the afternoon, Professor He Kuilian delivered a keynote on "Dancing with Stress: The Art of Integrated Stress Management," attended by teacher representatives from Guangya School and Xinxinyuan Kindergarten.

      讲座开场，何教授以互动和冥想放松助老师们卸下压力，又用拍拍歌调动热情。随后，她借图文、游戏与互动，将心理学理论化简为易，从“知、觉压力”切入，指出教师幸福需“管理压力”，并给出四大策略：身体张弛平衡本能，情绪温暖滋养人性，精神理性唤醒力量，保持觉知敬业笃行，让老师轻松学得减压之道。

       Through interactive meditation, music, and case studies, she simplified psychological theories and proposed four stress management strategies.

明确新学期心育方向

      8月29日下午，我校专职心理教师白柯解读了新学期心育计划，从课程、活动、辅导、家校协同等方面明确职责分工，强调“全员心育”。她呼吁：“每位教师都要参与，共建支持性校园，让学生被看见、被理解。”

      On August 29 afternoon, school counselor Bai Ke outlined the new semester’s mental health plan, emphasizing "whole-school mental health education" with clear roles in curriculum, activities, counseling, and home-school collaboration.

      未来，我校将继续深化心理健康教育培训，筑牢学生心理健康防线，为培养阳光、自信、坚韧的新时代学子不懈努力！

      Moving forward, the school will continue deepening mental health training to strengthen students’ psychological resilience, committed to nurturing positive, confident, and resilient young learners.
