灌州·均衡 | 十年阳光筑公平，分班启航育新苗——我校举行2031届新生"阳光分班"家长会 Random Activity

      阳光分班启新程，均衡发展筑梦想。2025年8月29日，我校隆重举行2031届新生“阳光分班”活动，以十年经验积淀为基础，进一步规范流程、强化监督，确保教育资源的公平分配。

      马长俊校长表示都江堰市灌州小学校始终致力于创建公平公正的教育环境，坚守教育初心，守正创新，为学生培育公正、和谐、阳光的教育沃土，让每一颗梦想的种子都能扎根沃土，生根发芽，茁壮成长。自2016年起推行一年级新生摇号分班制度，至今已走过十个春秋，此项举措得到了社会各界的广泛认可与支持。

      On August 29, 2025, our school grandly held the "Sunshine Class Placement" activity for the 2031 cohort of new students. Building on a decade of accumulated experience, the process was further standardized and supervision strengthened to ensure the fair distribution of educational resources.

全程监督保公正 

学生摇号分班环节

监督与准备

      活动伊始，主持人邀请校级家委会代表作为监督员上台就座。现场公开验证：用于摇号的电脑未接入网络，无任何额外硬件或软件，回收站清空且无预设文件。操作员现场公示新生名单，逐一核对信息真实性与有效性；家委会代表同步展示全新未拆封的打印纸，确认纸张空白无标记。

      At the start of the activity, the host invited school-level parent committee representatives to serve as supervisors and take their seats on stage.

摇号与公示

      操作员将核验后的学生名单导入分班系统，二次确认名单未作任何改动后启动摇号程序。系统自动完成分班后，现场对比摇号前后数据，确保名单无篡改。随后打印两份分班结果名单，由监督员签字确认并当场公示，全程接受家长及社会监督。

      After the system automatically completed class placement, data before and after the lottery was compared on-site to ensure no tampering with the list. 

班主任摇号分班环节

抽签准备

      学生分班结束后，随即启动班主任分班抽签环节。家长代表现场检查抽签箱，确认无夹层、机关或预设道具；公开拆封全新乒乓球，验证球体无任何记号后，为其编号1-6（对应6个班级）。

      Parent representatives inspected the drawing box to confirm there were no hidden compartments, mechanisms, or pre-placed props. They publicly opened a new set of ping-pong balls, verified no marks were on them, and numbered the balls from 1 to 6 (corresponding to 6 classes).

现场抽签

      家长代表将编号乒乓球放入抽签箱并摇匀，邀请班主任依次上台抽签，当场公布所执教班级，确保班主任与班级匹配过程公开透明。

      Parent representatives confirmed the numbers, placed the ping-pong balls into the drawing box, and shook it well. Homeroom teachers were then invited to draw lots one by one, with the classes they would teach announced on the spot.

分班家长会

      摇号活动结束后，家长们前往对应班级教室，与班主任召开首次分班家长会，就班级管理、教学计划及家校协作等事宜进行深入沟通，为新学期家校共育奠定基础。

      After the lottery activity, parents went to their children’s respective classrooms to hold the first post-placement parent meeting, conducting in-depth communication on class management, teaching plans, and home-school cooperation, laying the foundation for home-school co-education in the new semester.

      实行“阳光分班”是维护教育公平的重要举措，都江堰市灌州小学校通过十年实践，真正实现了学生公平享有教育资源的目标，为学生成长营造了健康、公正的教育生态。站在优质均衡新的起点，我校将继续秉承规范办学原则，将“阳光分班”等公平教育举措落到实处，让每一名学生都能沐浴阳光教育的温暖，努力办好人民满意的教育。

      Implementing "Sunshine Class Placement" is a crucial measure to safeguard educational equity. Through a decade of practice, Dujiangyan Guanzhou Primary School has truly achieved the goal of students fairly enjoying educational resources, creating a healthy and just educational ecosystem for student growth.
