      金秋送爽，丹桂飘香，我校新学期教职员工培训大会温情启幕。全体教师怀揣育人热忱齐聚一堂，以政策为纲、以实践为要，通过深度解读、精准部署、专题浸润等多元形式，共学新学期重点任务、共研育人实践路径，为学校教育教学高质量发展铺就坚实底色。

      马校长围绕党的教育方针政策进行深度解读，强调以“教育家精神”为引领，始终将“立德树人”作为根本任务，全面落实“五育并举”育人要求，明确了新学期重点工作方向。

      Mr. Ma conducted a deep interpretation of the Party's educational policies and guidelines, and clarified the key work directions for the new semester.

      马校长解读了《学校本期工作清单》，以《破局·共生·向未来》为题对全体教师做了培训，从“聚势、精益、求新、固本”四个关键词对教育教学提出新要求，鼓励全体教师凝心聚力、勇于创新、夯实基础，奋力谱写学校高质量发展新篇章。

筑牢师德师风防线

坚守育人初心使命

      守灌小师道，筑育人底线，教师发展中心李书主任通过剖析师德失范典型案例，深刻阐释“底线”意识与“初心”内涵。从教育教学行为规范、师生关系构建、家校沟通技巧三个维度展开，引导教师以案为鉴、警钟长鸣，自觉践行师德规范，争做“四有”好老师。

      全校教职工手持《师德师风建设承诺书》，郑重签下姓名。随后，全体人员起立，高举右拳，庄严宣读师德师风宣誓词，彰显了坚守教育初心、恪守师德底线的坚定决心，以集体承诺的形式，为新学期立德树人工作锚定了精神坐标。

      All faculty and staff of the school solemnly signed the commitment letter. Subsequently, the solemn oath of professional ethics and conduct was read out.

聚焦课程教学创新

驱动育人质量提升

      学生学习发展与指导中心任红主任对新学期工作计划进行解读，重点围绕“双新”落地推进，明确督查机制与实施路径；强调以教学创新为窗口，通过课例研磨、跨学科项目开发、专题研讨等形式，推动课堂教学从“知识传授”向“素养培育”转型，为提升教学实效提供具体指导。

      Director Ren Hong interpreted the departmental work plan for the new semester and provided specific guidance to improve teaching effectiveness.

严守教育质量关口

抓实教学“八认真”要求

      教育教学质量监测中心叶蓓主任以“严守质量关，抓实‘八认真’”为主题，回顾上一学年质量监控工作成效，并对新学期质量标准进行详细解读。强调要将“八认真”要求贯穿教学全过程，为学生全面发展保驾护航。

      Director Ye Bei reviewed the work achievements of the previous academic year and provided a detailed interpretation of the quality standards for the new semester.

以“融合”为路径

以“发展”为目标

      为强化教师“全员育人、全程育人”意识，学生融合发展中心王珍主任将德育队伍的建设及三自教育的深化作为两大核心重点，推动学生的全面成长和教师的育人能力，赋能学生从“被动接受”转向“主动探索”。

      年级组长刘婷老师结合实践经验，分享高效管理核心策略，破解年级工作协同难题，从关怀赋能，凝聚人心到关注教师专业成长与身心状态

以爱育爱润心灵

精耕细作护成长

      周凌波老师和黄玉老师结合班主任工作的真实案例，分享班级管理与育人实践经验，聚焦“精准、温情、高效”。

      Teacher Zhou Lingbo and Teacher Huang Yu shared their practical experience in class management and education.

      樊馨雨老师与罗兰英老师通过生动的案例讲述了如何在日常工作中主动补位，助力班集体建设，为老师们提供了可借鉴、可操作的实践经验。

      Teacher Fan Xinyu and Teacher Luo Lanying provided practical experience for teachers through case studies.

      此次培训明确了学校新学期教育教学方向，全体教职员工将以此次培训为契机，锚定高质量发展目标，以更加饱满的热情绘就学校教育新篇。

      This training has clarified the direction of education and teaching for the new semester of the school, and we will draw a new chapter in education with more enthusiasm.
