      为确保新学期各项工作平稳有序开展，8月25日，我校召开新学期开学前行政专题培训会。全体行政干部、大组长等参会，会议以“聚焦质量促发展，强化落实开新篇”为主题，明确新学期工作方向与重点任务。

      On August 25. All administrative cadres and team leaders attended the meeting, which focused on the theme of "Focusing on Quality for Development, Strengthening Implementation for a New Chapter" and clarified the work direction and key tasks for the new semester.

      党支部书记、校长马长俊作《锚定方向·狠抓执行·激发动能——以务实担当引领高质量发展》专题培训，马长俊校长详细分析当前形势与挑战 ，从行政领导的“定位使命、 角色升级、能力锻造、执行方法、 团队引领、 修身正己、行动路径、 责任担当、 协同机制”提出要求。

      Secretary of the Party Branch and Principal Ma Changjun delivered a special training entitled "Anchoring Direction · Grasping Implementation · Stimulating Momentum - Leading High-quality Development with Practical Responsibility".

      马校长对新学期《工作计划》进行全面解读，从党建引领、教学质量、德育品牌、队伍建设、校园安全、后勤保障各个维度明确重点任务，为新学期工作提供清晰路径。
