
作为蓉城PBL共同体成员,8月27日,灌州小学教师赴青羊区,持续投身项目式学习(PBL)培训。当日课程里,北师大项目学习课题组首席专家罗颖导师条理清晰、系统全面地讲解了从创意萌发到教学设计,再到项目评价的关键步骤,为教师们的教学实践指明方向。
On August 27, teachers from Guanzhou Primary School continued their Project-Based Learning (PBL) training.
 
Part 01 Morning
上午,核心驱动问题分解环节是重点。这一步就像为项目式学习搭建起坚实骨架,能把宏大抽象的主题转化为可操作的具体任务,精准锁定学生探究的方向。教师们在学习核心驱动问题分解、PBL实施关键环节等内容后,以小组为单位展开合作,尝试对前一日提出的核心问题进行拆解细化。
The morning session focused on decomposing core driving questions—a foundational step likened to building a PBL framework, transforming abstract themes into actionable tasks to target students' inquiry direction.
    
随后的教学计划形成阶段,罗颖老师着重强调,要以分解后的驱动问题为依据设计教学活动,确保教学活动与核心问题紧密契合,从而保障项目式学习的连贯性与有效性。基于此,老师们再次进行头脑风暴,深入探索设计教学活动的方法。
In the teaching plan development phase, Luo Ying emphasized aligning activities with decomposed driving questions to ensure PBL coherence and effectiveness. Teachers then brainstormed to explore practical activity design strategies.
    
Part 02 Afternoon
下午,“形成完整教学方案”工作坊顺利开展。工作坊围绕PBL评价思路、项目评价方案形成以及成果修改等内容进行。教师们通过分组完善方案、小组汇报展示、分组互评交流等形式,与同行们展开了深入的思想碰撞与经验分享。
The afternoon featured a "Developing Complete Teaching Plans" workshop, covering PBL evaluation approaches, plan formulation, and outcome revision. Through group-based plan refinement, presentations, and peer reviews, teachers engaged in dynamic idea exchange and experience sharing.
        
一起PBL,一起向未来
此次培训不仅更新了老师们对PBL教学设计的认知体系,更提供了大量切实可行的教学策略。在未来的教学工作中,我校将积极尝试运用所学知识,把创意想法更好地转化为优质的PBL教学设计,助力学生开展更具深度与广度的学习。
This training updated teachers' PBL design cognition and provided actionable strategies. Moving forward, the school will apply these insights to transform creative ideas into quality PBL designs, fostering deeper and broader learning experiences for students.
