灌州·课程｜特色赋能 体艺双修——灌州小学体育、艺术2+2项目 Sports ＆ Arts

      为深入落实“双减”政策，深化“五育并举”的素质教育实践，推动学校体育与艺术教育的 高质量发展 ，鼓励学生全面发展，灌州小学以教育部《关于开展“体育、艺术2+1项目”实施方案（试行）》为指导，结合本校实际，精心制定“灌州小学体育、艺术2+2项目”实施方案及细则，着力构建特色鲜明的体艺兴趣课程体系。

      To promote the high-quality development of school sports and art education, encourage students' all-round development, and strive to build a distinctive physical and artistic interest curriculum system.

      “体育、艺术2+2项目”旨在通过课内外体艺竞赛与社团实践活动，让每位学生在小学阶段掌握两项体育运动技能与两项艺术特长，为全面发展筑牢基础。

      Through in-class and extracurricular sports and art competitions and club practice activities, each student is expected to master two sports skills and two artistic specialties during primary school, laying a solid foundation for all-round development.

01 体育类课程

      学校结合学生年段特点，规划两类体育项目：

      The school plans two categories of sports projects according to the characteristics of students' grade levels:

      球类自选：涵盖篮球、排球、足球，供学生自主选择修习。

      跳绳必修：要求全体学生熟练掌握跳绳基本技能，并在此基础上开展花样跳绳训练。大课间活动中，全校推广跳绳一级规定动作的学练，形成浓郁的运动氛围。 

02 艺术类课程

      音乐学科

      依据学生认知与技能水平，引导其掌握声乐及口风琴、八音鼓等器乐的基本演奏技能，能完成简单乐曲表演。

      Guided by students' cognitive and skill levels, students are led to master basic performance skills of vocal music and instruments such as melodicas and eight-tone drums, and can complete simple musical performances.

      美术学科

      指导学生感知色彩、激发想象，掌握儿童画、国画、漫画、线描等绘画技巧，提升审美创作能力。

      Students are guided to perceive colors, stimulate imagination, master painting skills such as children's painting, traditional Chinese painting, comics, and line drawing, and improve aesthetic creation ability.

03 社团课程助力成长

      学校依托每周一至周四下午的阳光体育时段，开设“体育、艺术2+2”第二课堂社团课程，目前已开设少儿体能、抖擞篮球、校园啦啦操、轻舞飞扬、童声合唱、跆拳道、花样绳操、少年足球等30余门特色课程。这些课程深受学生喜爱与家长认可，不仅拓宽了学生视野，更搭建了展示运动技能与艺术特长的优质平台，同时培养了一支高素质的体艺教师队伍。

      The school offers second-class club courses. At present, more than 30 characteristic courses have been opened, including children's physical fitness, vigorous basketball, campus cheerleading, light dance, children's chorus, taekwondo, fancy rope exercises, youth football, etc.

04 科学考评·多元展示

      学校创新课程体系，统筹资源赋能艺体教育，保证每天1小时以上大课间活动时间，助力学生增强体质、保护视力。通过丰富的活动载体搭建展示舞台：春秋两季运动会、班级球类联赛（篮球、足球、乒乓球）、“六一”美育展演、“小百灵”合唱比赛、元旦文艺汇演、全员书法赛、校园主题画展等活动接连开展。学生经第二课堂系统学习后，参与学期末综合考评，由指导教师评定“合格、良好、优秀”等级，确保技能掌握达标，让每个孩子都有机会绽放光彩。

      The school innovates the curriculum system, coordinates resources to empower art and sports education, and ensures more than 1 hour of large break activities every day to help students strengthen their physique and protect their vision.
