灌州·心育 | 柔风抚蕊育新苗,全员伴行促远航 Mentorship for growth

      为进一步深化“学生人人有导师、教师人人是导师”的教育理念,我校在六月持续推进全员导师制活动。

      To further deepen the educational concept of "every student has a tutor, every teacher is a tutor", our school continued to promote the full-staff tutoring system activities in June.


      随着气温的升高和期末的来临,孩子们易产生焦虑、浮躁等情绪。导师们敏锐察觉,利用课间、午休等碎片化时间,耐心倾听学生的烦恼与困惑,提供个性化的心理疏导和情绪安抚。一句句鼓励的话语,一次次耐心地解答,有效缓解了学生的压力,帮助他们以更积极、更自信的心态迎接挑战。


      这份温暖的陪伴与专业的引领,如同夏日里的缕缕清风,为孩子们的健康成长注入了源源不断的正能量,也为构建和谐共生的校园育人生态奠定了坚实基础。

      As the temperature rises and the end of the term approaches, children are prone to emotions such as anxiety and restlessness. Tutors keenly noticed this and used fragmented time such as between classes and during lunch breaks to patiently listen to students' troubles and confusion, providing personalized psychological counseling and emotional comfort. Sentences of encouragement and patient answers effectively relieved students' pressure, helping them welcome challenges with a more positive and confident attitude.
