灌州·喜报｜以劳育人结硕果 砥砺深耕创佳绩——我校劳动教育成果显著Achievements in Labor Education

      劳动教育是落实立德树人根本任务，培养学生全面发展的重要途径，在落实“五育并举”的教育方针中发挥着不可替代的作用。近年来，我校高度重视劳动教育，积极探索创新劳动教育模式，取得了丰硕成果。

      In recent years, our school has attached great emphasis on Labor Education, actively exploring innovative models, and has achieved fruitful results.

      在都江堰市中小学教育研究室组织的“都江堰好课堂”建设活动之第三届中小学劳动教育教师技能比赛中，我校罗筱璐教师荣获服务性总结反思视频课特等奖、综合一等奖、家校社育人策略一等奖三项奖项。罗老师的课程设计巧妙，以校园服务为切入点，引导学生在实践中培养责任意识和劳动技能，充分展现了我校劳动教育的深度与创新。

      Ms Luo Xiaolu has won three awards: the Special Prize for Reflection Video Class, the First Prize for Comprehensive Class, and the First Prize for Home School Social Education Strategy.

      在劳动教育领域，我校成绩斐然。敬晓萍老师、赵蕾老师此前就在劳动教育比赛中脱颖而出，荣获佳绩。她们以扎实的教学功底和独特的教学方法，为学生打开了劳动教育的多彩世界，这些荣誉的背后，是我校劳动教育教师团队深耕细作、精益求精的生动写照。

      Ms Jing Xiaoping and Ms Zhao Lei also excelled in the Labor Education competitions, securing outstanding awards. They have opened up a colorful world of Labor Education for our students with their unique instructional methods.

      在日常教学中，我校劳动课程精彩纷呈。教师们将绘画与劳动教育相结合，让学生用画笔描绘劳动场景，加深对劳动的理解；同时，积极组织实地体验活动，带领学生走进农田，让学生在真实的劳动场景中感受劳动的艰辛与快乐，实现了劳动教育从理论到实践的跨越。

      In daily teaching, our teachers sometimes integrated art with Labor Education, guiding students to depict labor scenes through painting. Sometimes, they leaded students into farmland, allowing them to experience the hardships and joys of labor firsthand in authentic settings.

      此外，学校还多次开展形式多样的劳动活动，组织学生参与社区志愿服务、农耕体验等活动，引导学生将劳动技能运用到生活中，增强社会责任感。

      Furthermore, our school regularly organized community volunteer service activities and farming experiences. These initiatives encouraged students to apply their labor skills in real-life contexts and enhance their sense of social responsibility.

      未来，我校将继续深化劳动教育改革，不断创新劳动教育形式，为培养德智体美劳全面发展的新时代少年不懈努力，让劳动教育之花在校园绽放得更加绚烂。
