
夏日的风,裹着教育的温度;六月的校园,激荡着成长的思考。近日,都江堰市灌州小学校迎来了一场关于儿童生长的深度对话——成都市教育科学研究院党委副书记、副院长(主持工作)毛道生以《从儿童视角看儿童生长》为题,为全体教师带来了一场既有理论高度、又具实践温度的专题讲座。
On June 19, Dujiangyan Guanzhou Primary School hosted a profound dialogue on children’s growth—Deputy Secretary and Vice President Mao Daosheng from the Chengdu Academy of Educational Sciences delivered a lecture titled Viewing Children’s Growth from a Child’s Perspective, blending theoretical depth with practical warmth for all teachers.
  
一场与陶行知的跨时空对话

讲座伊始,毛道生院长以陶行知先生的《假使我重新做一个小孩》为引,带老师们走进了一段温暖的“儿童视角”。诗中,陶行知以孩子的口吻写下“我要实行三到:眼到、心到、手到”“我要亲近万物,大自然,大社会”……这些充满童趣的“我要”,既是对儿童天性的尊重,更是对教育本质的叩问。
The lecture opened with Mao Daosheng introducing Tao Xingzhi’s poem If I Were a Child Again. Through this piece, he guided teachers into a heartwarming "child’s perspective."

毛道生院长的教育情结
作为教育学博士、正高级教师、教育部双名工作室领衔人,毛道生院长深耕教育领域三十余年,主持多项省市级教学成果奖课题,出版专著《教育,一切为了人的幸福》。他的讲座中,没有晦涩的理论,只有“儿童能感知”的语言;没有空洞的口号,只有“教师能落地”的方法——这背后,是一位教育者对儿童的深切理解,更是对“教育为了人”的执着坚守。
He has presided over multiple provincial/municipal award-winning research projects and authored Education: All for Human Happiness. His lecture avoided obscure theories, using instead "child-understandable" language; it shunned empty slogans, offering "teacher-applicable" methods—underpinning this is an educator’s deep understanding of children and unwavering belief in "education for people."
让“儿童视角”扎根课堂
讲座结束后,教师们纷纷表示,这场讲座不仅更新了教育认知,更点燃了实践热情。教育是一场向儿童学习的旅程,学校将以此次讲座为起点,把“儿童视角”融入日常教学——设计更贴近儿童的课堂活动,创设更真实的学习情境,让每个孩子都能在灌州小学的土壤里,自然生长、自由绽放。
After the lecture, teachers noted it had not only updated their educational thinking but also ignited their passion for practice.
