灌州·健康 | 窝沟封闭进校园 口腔健康好少年 Teeth Health

      为全面落实都江堰市卫生健康局、教育局、财政局关于2025年儿童口腔疾病综合干预项目要求，切实提升学生口腔健康水平，6月17日，我校组织二年级全体学生开展“窝沟封闭进校园 口腔健康好少年”主题活动，专业口腔医生团队入校开展龋齿防治讲座及窝沟封闭前初筛检查。

      On June 17, our school organized all second-grade students to participate in the "Pit and Fissure Sealant Program Enters Campus: Healthy Oral Habits for Young Students" themed event. A professional dental team was invited to campus to deliver a caries prevention lecture and conduct pre-sealant initial oral screenings.

      开场环节，邓老师引导同学们调整坐姿，生动讲解了口腔健康对生长发育的重要意义，迅速点燃了大家的参与热情。

      In the opening session, Teacher Deng from the Student Health Management Center guided students to adjust their sitting postures, vividly explaining the importance of oral health for growth and development, which quickly ignited their enthusiasm for participation.

      随后，口腔专科唐医生通过“牙齿的自白”趣味科普，结合龋齿形成动画演示、牙齿模型操作等形式，详细讲解了龋齿的成因、危害及预防方法。“原来爱吃糖果会让牙齿‘长虫’！”“正确刷牙要刷够三分钟！”讲座中，同学们时而惊叹，时而举手提问，在轻松的氛围里掌握了“早晚刷牙、饭后漱口”“减少高糖食物摄入”等实用护齿技巧。唐医生特别强调：“窝沟封闭是预防儿童龋齿的‘保护盾’，就像给牙齿穿上‘小盔甲’，能有效阻挡食物残渣和细菌侵入。”

      Subsequently, Dr. Tang, a dental specialist, delivered an engaging "Confession of Teeth" science presentation, combining animated demonstrations of caries formation and hands-on operations with dental models to elaborate on the causes, harms, and prevention methods of dental caries. 

牙齿健康检查

      After the lecture, the dental team used professional examination instruments to conduct detailed initial oral screenings for all second-grade students. 

      此次活动通过“科普+检查”双环节联动，让同学们对口腔健康有了更科学的认知，也为后续窝沟封闭工作的精准开展奠定了基础。学校将持续跟进学生口腔健康状况，计划于暑期分批次组织符合条件的学生完成窝沟封闭操作，并通过家长课堂、班级健康角等渠道，常态化普及口腔保健知识，为孩子们的“健康微笑”保驾护航。

      This event, through the combined "education + screening" approach, deepened students' scientific understanding of oral health and laid a foundation for the precise implementation of follow-up sealant services.
