

2025年5月,四川省第三十四届小学教育教学改革研究共同体学术研讨活动校长论坛环节聚焦“人工智能助力学校育人方式变革与管理机制创新”,都江堰市灌州小学校长马长俊作《人工智能助能学生精准评价个性化指导》主题分享,引发广泛关注。
In May 2025, the 34th Academic Seminar of Sichuan Primary School Education and Teaching Reform Research Community was held in Dujiangyan City. Ma Changjun, principal of Guanzhou Primary School in Dujiangyan, delivered a keynote speech titled "AI-Enhanced Precision Evaluation and Personalized Guidance for Students", sparking widespread attention.

马校长结合灌州小学实践,提出人工智能赋能教育评价的“四步实践路径”。
Combining Guanzhou Primary School's practices, Principal Ma proposed a "four-step practical path" for AI-empowered educational evaluation.
1 构建全域数据采集系统
依托人工智能技术,建立覆盖“入校—课堂—作业—在校活动”的全天候学生行为跟踪系统,实现多维度数据动态采集。
通过智慧评价软件精准定位学生发展模块,如学习习惯、协作能力、创新思维等,形成评价靶向。


2 绘制个性化发展画像
基于六年纵向数据,生成学生个体成长轨迹图,标注其在群体中的发展坐标。融合显性(成绩、活动)与隐性(兴趣倾向、抗挫力)因素,动态呈现“五育并举”发展图谱。
 
3 驱动精准育人干预
生成四级分析报告(校级、年级、班级、个人),为教师提供个性化指导依据。设计“积分勋章—素质评优—奖励兑换”激励机制,增强学生成长获得感。
     
北京师范大学张生教授表示,学校的实践体现了“学评融合”理念,为AI时代评价改革提供了可复制的校本样本。
Professor Zhang Sheng from Beijing Normal University noted: "Guanzhou Primary School's practice embodies the 'integration of learning and evaluation' concept, providing a replicable school-based model for evaluation reform in the AI era."

未来,学校将进一步探索:
推动校本评价与区域教育质量监测体系衔接,助力科学教育决策;在评价报告中增加个性化改进方案,强化育人功能;运用AI拓展家校沟通场景,探索“家长学校”新模式。
灌州小学以人工智能技术重构教育评价生态,推动“标准化教育”向“精准育人”转型,为四川省“2030年中小学普及人工智能教育”目标贡献基层智慧。
By reconstructing the educational evaluation ecosystem with AI technology, Guanzhou Primary School is promoting the transformation from "standardized education" to "precision education", contributing grassroots wisdom to Sichuan's goal of "popularizing AI education in primary and secondary schools by 2030".
