灌州·家校社｜温情面对面 专属“心”沟通——“一对一”家长会（第四期）Home-School Communication

      为切实增进家校互信，形成育人合力，本周我校分班级精心组织了“温情面对面 专属‘心’沟通”一对一家长会活动。此次活动摒弃传统大会模式，由各班语、数、外学科教师与家长进行深度、私密的“一对一”交流。

      This activity abandons the traditional conference mode, and the teachers of language, mathematics and foreign languages of each class have an in-depth and private "one-to-one" communication with parents.

      活动中，老师们基于日常细致观察和学业评估，聚焦个体差异，向家长全面、客观地呈现了每位学生的独特优势与发展潜力，同时也坦诚沟通了当前存在的具体不足。更重要的是，各科教师结合学科特点与学生个性，为每位家长提供了清晰、可操作的家庭教育指导建议与协作策略，内容涵盖学习方法优化、习惯培养、兴趣激发及心理支持等方面。

      More importantly, the teachers of each subject provided each parent with clear and actionable family education guidance suggestions and collaborative strategies based on the characteristics of the subject and the personality of the students, covering the optimization of learning methods, habit cultivation, interest stimulation and psychological support.

      此次活动是我校推进精细化育人、构建高质量家校协作生态的重要实践。我们相信，通过这样心与心的深度沟通，定能更好地凝聚家校力量，为每一位孩子的成长之路点亮明灯，赋能未来。

      This activity is an important practice for our school to promote refined education and build a high-quality home-school collaboration ecology.
