灌州·少先队｜队前教育强信念 闯关入队筑新程——新队员队前教育及队前考核活动 Pre-team education

      为深入学习贯彻落实习近平总书记关于少年儿童和少先队工作的重要指示精神，规范少先队分批入队工作，帮助一年级预备队员们了解并掌握少先队知识，增强少先队员的光荣感、归属感和使命感。2025年4-5月，我校开展了一年级队前教育、分批入队考核等系列活动。

      From April to May 2025, our school carried out a series of activities such as pre-team education for the first grade and phased team entry assessment.

队前教育 开新篇

      队前教育是孩子们成长过程中的重要一课。一年级预备中队的辅导员老师们向同学们讲解了“六知”“六会”“一做”基本知识。孩子们认真聆听、学习，积极参与。

      Pre-team education is an important lesson in children's growth process. The counselors of the first-grade preparatory team explained the basic knowledge of "Six Knows", "Six Abilities" and "One Action" to the students. The children listened attentively, studied and participated actively.

队前考核 展风采

      预备队员们手持闯关卡，信心满满，迎接挑战。考核内容围绕“六知、六会、一做”展开，采用现场问答和现场展示的形式进行。在各个关卡，预备队员们分别回答了“六知六会一做”，展示了敬队礼、宣誓、呼号等规范动作。有力的呼号声、铿锵的宣誓声、嘹亮的队歌声，展示着预备队员们的风采和对少先队组织的向往！

      The reserve team members, holding the challenge cards, are full of confidence and ready to face the challenge. The assessment content is centered around the "Six Knows, Six Abilities, and One Action", and is conducted in the form of on-site Q&A and on-site demonstration. 

      队前知识教育和考核是一次自我挑战，是一次理想启航，更是一次成长的洗礼。相信在未来的日子里，预备队员们必然能够像一粒粒小种子，蓬勃生长，奋发向上，真正将“六知”“六会”“一做”内化于心，外化于行，从小学先锋，长大做先锋，努力成长为能够担当民族复兴大任的时代新人！

      They will truly internalize the "Six Knows", "Six Abilities" and "One Action" in their hearts and externalize them in their actions. They will learn to be pioneers and grow up to be pioneers, striving to become new era individuals capable of shouldering the great responsibility of national rejuvenation!
