灌州· 家校社｜温情面对面 专属“心”沟通 ——“一对一”家长会（第二期）Home-School Communication

      为了进一步深化家校协同育人机制，关注学生个性化发展和过程性评价，我校持续开展了“温情面对面 专属‘心’沟通”个性化家长会。活动突破传统集体会议模式，采用语数外学科教师、生活老师与家长“一对一”深度对话方式，为每位学生定制专属交流时段。

      In order to further deepen the home-school collaborative education mechanism, pay attention to students' individualized development and process evaluation, our school has continuously held the "Warm Face-To-Face Exclusive 'Heart' Communication" personalized parents' meeting. 

      各学科教师精心准备学生个性化成长档案，通过学生“闪光点”挖掘，家校协作策略共享，学科个性化沟通，以及家长问卷反馈等板块，真正做到了让沟通真实发生，让关爱触手可及。

      Through sections such as uncovering students' "bright spots", sharing strategies for home-school collaboration, subject-specific communication, and feedback from parent questionnaires, they have truly made communication a reality and care accessible.

      家长们纷纷表示这种“私人订制”式沟通既暖心又务实，真正实现了“一个孩子一张处方”的精准教育，能更好地助力每个生命焕发出璀璨的光彩。

      Parents have all expressed that this kind of "tailor-made" communication is both heartwarming and practical, truly achieving the precise education of "one prescription for each child", and can better help every life shine with brilliant light.
