灌州·心育｜童心奇遇，沐光成长——“525”心理游园会Psychological Activity Games

      为了引导学生重视心理健康、学会调适心境，共同营造积极向上、和谐友爱的校园氛围，我校于5月组织了一场以“童心奇遇 沐光成长”为主题的心理游园会，各年级学生在全体教职工组织下积极参与各项活动。Our school organised a psychological garden       party in May with the theme of ‘Children's Heart Encounter Growing up in the Moonlight’, and students of all grades actively participated in the activities under the organisation of all staff.

心理知识我知道

      同学们积极参与心理健康知识问答，不仅增长了见识，还收获了满满的成就感。

      Students actively participated in the mental health quiz and not only gained insight, but also gained a sense of achievement.

Stroop大挑战

      色彩与文字的奇妙碰撞，考验了大家的注意力与反应速度，现场笑声与欢呼声此起彼伏。

      The wonderful collision of colours and words tested everyone's concentration and reaction speed, with laughter and cheers.

想象力作画

      同学们用画笔描绘心中的世界，每一幅作品都充满了创意与想象，展现了孩子们纯真的心灵。

      Students used colour pencils to depict the world in their hearts, each piece of work was full of creativity and imagination, showing the children's innocent hearts.

画个扇子送给“我”

      在扇面上自由创作，将内心的情感融入色彩之中，每一把扇子都是独一无二的艺术品。

      With the freedom to create on the surface of the fan and put your inner emotions into the colours, each fan is a unique piece of art.

解忧杂货铺

      同学们将心中的烦恼投入“情绪垃圾桶”，把快乐的事情分享到“快乐收集箱”，有效释放了压力，传递了正能量。

      Students put their worries into the ‘Emotional Trash Can’ and shared their happiness into the ‘Happy Collection Box’, effectively releasing pressure and transferring positive energy.

欢笑定格

      通过摆出各种有趣的姿势拍照，不仅增进了同学间的友谊，还留下了许多美好的回忆。

      By striking various interesting poses for photos, we not only enhanced the friendship among students, but also left many good memories.

蒙眼贴五官

      大家在默契指挥与精准行动间欢笑连连，深刻体会到了信任与协作的重要性。

      Everyone laughed and laughed between tacit command and precise action, and deeply appreciated the importance of trust and collaboration.

指压跳跳板

      同学们忍痛坚持、相互鼓励，不仅磨炼了意志，更增进了彼此间的支持与理解。

      Students persevered through the pain and encouraged each other, which not only sharpened their will, but also enhanced their support and understanding of each other.

传球过河

      同学们屏息凝神、小心翼翼，每一次成功传递都伴随着欢呼与掌声，团队协作的力量在此刻彰显无遗。

      Students held their breath and were careful, every successful pass was accompanied by cheers and applause, the power of teamwork was manifested at this moment.

不倒森林

      小组成员紧密配合、步调一致，共同守护着象征团队精神的“森林”。

      The team members worked closely together and in unison to guard the ‘forest’, a symbol of team spirit.

      本次心理游园会不仅是同学们放松心情、释放压力的乐土，更助力大家认识自我，促进自我接纳与认同，提升自我价值感。活动中，同学们学会了积极应对生活挑战，明确了在团队中的角色与价值，为成长之路筑牢根基。

      The Psychological Tour was not only a fun place for students to relax and release pressure, but also helped them to know themselves, promote self-acceptance and identity, and enhance their sense of self-worth. During the activity, students learnt to deal with life challenges positively, clarified their roles and values in the team, and built a solid foundation for the road of growth.
