
2025年5月,为保障师生饮食安全,灌小膳食服务部联合成都市华测检测技术有限公司,对学校食堂大米和餐盘进行抽样检验,结果均合格。
In May 2025, in order to ensure the food safety of teachers and students, we collaborated with Chengdu Huace Testing Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct a sampling inspection of rice and plates in the school cafeteria, and the results were all qualified.
 
大米是食堂主食关键食材,检测人员依据国家标准,对其营养成分、农药残留、重金属含量等多项指标严格检测,确保大米品质优良,让师生吃得健康。餐盘卫生同样重要。检测机构聚焦餐盘清洗、消毒环节,检测表面细菌总数、大肠菌群等卫生指标。结果显示,餐盘清洗消毒到位,卫生达标,有效规避因餐具不洁引发的食品安全问题。此次抽检合格,是对灌小食堂食品安全管理工作的肯定。膳食服务部将以此为契机,进一步强化管理。一方面,建立长效监管机制,定期抽检食品和餐具,严格落实食品安全制度;另一方面,加强对食堂工作人员的培训,提升其食品安全意识与操作规范水平。
The passing of this sampling inspection is a recognition of the food safety management work in the canteen. We will strictly implement the food safety system and further strengthen management.
