
5月12日,都江堰市教育局综合督导评估组一行莅临我校,开展2024-2025学年度综合督导现场考评工作,为学校高品质发展“把脉问诊”“精准赋能”。我校作为都江堰市第一所迎检学校,学校高度重视、周密部署,圆满完成了本次督导评估工作。
On May 12, the Comprehensive Supervision and Evaluation Team of the Dujiangyan Municipal Bureau of Education visited our school to conduct on-site assessments for the 2024-2025 academic year, providing targeted guidance for the school's high-quality development.

评估启动会上,岳崇福督学宣读《都江堰市中小学校综合督导评估实施办法》,系统部署本次督导的重点任务、流程分工及具体要求,确保评估工作规范有序推进。
At the kick-off meeting, Supervisor Yue Chongfu read out the Implementation Measures for Comprehensive Supervision and Evaluation of Primary and Secondary Schools in Dujiangyan, systematically outlining key tasks, workflow divisions, and specific requirements to ensure the evaluation proceeded in an orderly manner.

Principal Ma Changjun presented the school’s annual educational and teaching practices across ten key areas, including Party building guidance, moral education innovation, and teaching quality improvement. From the "Four-Heart" Party building brand to the "Four-Party Collaborative" moral education ecosystem, and from the "Symbiotic Classroom" reform to AI-powered smart education, the school’s distinctive highlights received high recognition from the team.

The evaluation team then conducted in-depth assessments through on-site inspections of campus cultural spaces, classroom observations, student/teacher surveys, and parent/teacher interviews, comprehensively examining core areas such as school management, curriculum implementation, and staff/student development to explore the school’s educational essence.

During the feedback session, experts shared both affirmations and suggestions. Principal Ma responded by stating: "We will fully absorb the guidance, adhere to the principle of 'fostering virtue and all-round development,' focus on targeted improvements, deepen educational innovation, and strive to build a Guanzhou School brand that is 'beloved by students, fulfilling for teachers, satisfying for parents, recognized by society, and trusted by the government' with more solid actions."

督导反馈会后,马长俊校长第一时间召集全体行政班子召开专题会议,逐条梳理督导专家的肯定与建议,围绕“问题清单”“提升方向”展开深度研讨,迅速制定《督导反馈整改提升行动方案》,明确责任分工与时间节点,以“马上就办”的行动力推进落实。
马校长强调:“督导反馈是‘体检报告’,更是‘成长指南’。全体行政要带头认领任务,以‘钉钉子精神’抓落实,确保每项措施可量化、可考核、见实效,真正将督导成果转化为学校高质量发展的内生动力。”
Principal Ma emphasized: "Supervision feedback is both a 'health check report' and a 'growth guide.' All administrators must take the lead in addressing tasks, implement measures with persistence, ensure each action is measurable, evaluable, and effective, and truly transform supervision outcomes into endogenous momentum for the school’s high-quality development."

此次督导既是对学校工作的全面检验,更是高质量发展的新起点。灌州小学将以督导为契机,守正创新、笃行不怠,在“至善向美”的教育之路上续写新篇!
