
为提升心理委员工作能力,近日,我校心语小屋特开展OH卡专题培训。To enhance the work ability of the psychological committee, our school's Heart Language Classroom recently conducted a special training on OH cards.

培训伊始,白柯老师先带领孩子们跟随轻音乐进行积极自我暗示的调息冥想,让孩子们迅速进入到平静、安全的氛围中。
At the beginning of the training, Miss Bai led the children to follow light music for active self suggestion breathing meditation, allowing them to quickly enter a calm and safe atmosphere.

紧接着,白柯老师向同学们介绍OH卡——一种心理探索工具,通过图像与文字组合激发潜意识,助力自我认知与沟通。
Subsequently, Miss Bai introduced the OH card to the students - a psychological exploration tool that uses a combination of images and text to stimulate the subconscious, helping with self-awareness and communication.

随后成员们进入故事接龙游戏环节,洗牌后商定故事背景。第一位参与者翻开卡牌描述,后续成员依次接龙,大家在奇妙故事中拓宽思维。
Subsequently, the members entered the story continuation game segment, shuffled and agreed on the story background. The first participant opens the card description, and subsequent members take over one after another, expanding their thinking through the wonderful story.
    
接着,成员们回忆过往困难,思考当下可用以应对的积极资源,在分享中碰撞出智慧的火花。最后,小组开展头脑风暴,针对选定问题共同探讨应对之策。
Then, the members reminisced about past difficulties, reflected on the positive resources available to cope with the present, and collided with sparks of wisdom through sharing. Finally, the group conducts a brainstorming session to jointly explore solutions to the selected issues.
    
此次培训,心理委员们借助OH卡学会多角度看问题,发现自身与他人的积极资源,未来将更有力地服务同学,为校园心理健康工作注入新活力。
In this training, the psychological committee members utilized the OH card to learn how to look at problems from multiple perspectives and discovered positive resources for themselves and others. In the future, they will serve their classmates more effectively and inject new vitality into campus mental health work.
